Get the designer outhere linked

 

open designer

click file and import directb2s, pick the back glass you want to change

 

click image and backglass
import new image

adjust as needed

look at the backglass resources as you may want to delete the old image
then click backglass, create backglass

and then you can click backglass again, and test it if you like
