d3d device does only support power of 2 textures

can someone help me i get this message before i start the game "d3d device does only support power of 2 textures" ever since i started out a new fresh copy of windows 7, i have this issue, i forgot how i got rid of that, i only done it once and everything was good. heres what i run:  Intel® HD Graphics (Core i3)

i got that all done, is there a option to check/uncheck on pinball or graphic driver? ive done this one time and it was a long time ago how i did it and the error was gone

Maybe "Software Vertex processing" in the VPX video options?
