fp dmd future pinball dmd dmd monitor fp fp dmd cabinet

Screenshots
Future DMD will create a virtual dmd that can be positioned in a 3 monitor cabinet similarly to the one used in Visual Pinball for Future Pinball!. Your dmd is no longer limited to your backbox or playfield. If you have a 3 monitor cabinet you can now put your dmd where it belongs! You can choose to leave the DMD running between games or launch from your favorite front end. An example has been included for Hyperpin and Pinballx front ends. Instructions are included in the FutureDMD Setup pdf file.

*NEW* Added a Plugin for PinballX to display game information on FutureDMD while navigating your game lists:

It will show things like:
  • Highlighted game's name
  • Last time played
  • Who holds the High Score
  • How many times the game has been played
  • 2nd and 3rd place scores
  • Average time a game might last
As well as customizable messages can be created for every single table making each one unique!

Should I be using the LedWIZ_Class.vbs from the FutureDMD package that you provide or from the "official" FP_LEDWiz_v09.0.3.zip package? (http://www.gopinball...php?f=74&t=2901)

Thanks

Finally got this working.  You want the ledWizClass.vbs from the FP_LEDWiz_v09.0.3 package.

Hi Brightonrock,

I don't have an XP system to test with but It should work on XP as long as you have .NET 3.5 run times installed. You can get them here:

http://www.microsoft...ails.aspx?id=21

Works, thanks for the help

i have a problem

i have future pinball and futuredmd 1.7b running , dmd is on screen 3.

when i start a table it moves the dmd 20% to the right, i move it back, then quit the table and restart, it moves it again 20% to right side

(monitor 1) playfield -> (monitor 2 )backglass -> (monitor 3)dmd  all in a row, windows 7 ultimate latest nvidia drivers.

now when i move montiro 3 ABOVE monitor 2, its all good, it stays same position.

BUT visual pinball cant have negative DMD XY coordinates, so i cant set it above monitor 2 :(

below monitor 2 is moving the DMD 20% downwards...

setting monitor 3 between monitor 1 and 2 puts the dmd on monitor 2

Any idea?

Hi Mwg,  did you right click the dmd window and then select your monitor 1,2 or 3? Or did you just drag it to position?

Hi!

Future DMD 1.7, good to it,  Black Knight 2000, Funhouse, Taxi, etc, etc... 1980-1990 years pinball DMD animations?

Config help!:-)

Thanks!

For some reason for me on my cabinet it crashes upon execution every time. Win Xp Sp3 system.

Having same issue as mwg.  I start the tables and position DMD in correct spot. When the table actually starts the DMD moves significantly to the right.  When the table exits and just Futuredmd is running, the dmd is in the correct spot.  Any ideas?

I don't understand. My ledwiz still doesn't work. With or without the ledwiz.vbs of the futureDMD Pack or FP_LEDWiz_v0.9.03. Only the OpenGL32.dll of the original intercept pack make my ledwiz work but the FUture DMD doesn't. It make me crazy oO.

Sorry tetrafred, I can only give limited support for ledwiz because I don't have one in my cabinet. I left the code intact from the intercept code but have never used it. I know lots of people have it working with the newest version of fdmd. You should be able find what they are using with a quick search. Or try asking the guys over here http://www.vpforums....ic=24710&page=5
