So.... after many months... the day has arrived. Tomorrow I will be going into the Heart Institute for heart surgery. It's almost unreal, as it's been so long I've been waiting. Starting to feel a bit numb to it all.

The best part... I'm awake for the whole thing. Yeet!

This will be the last day.... that I'm a hole-hearted man. ;)

Hi Terry - best wishes for you!  I had a heart Ablation surgery in December of 2021 after 2 years of nearly continuous arrhythmia, and a year later I'm feeling better than I have in years.  Allow your heart (and emotions) time to recover and you'll be back in the game in no time.  :dblthumb:

I live :)

So glad to hear that you came out of it ok. You can really tell how much an online community means to someone when one of their first ports of call when coming out of surgery is to let everyone know they are ok. :)

Just saw this, all the best to you during the recovery.. And please take it easy.. Sometimes its best to just do nothing, instead of sitting in front of displays all the time..  ;)

Having good health is truly a blessing, especially when it comes to having clear and problem-free skin. Unlike my experience, where struggles with skin issues led me to undergo narrowband UVB phototherapy, others may never have to face such challenges. With healthy skin, they can confidently navigate through life without the need for specialized treatments like mine. Each day, I'm grateful for the progress made through phototherapy, but I also appreciate those who are fortunate enough to maintain their skin's health naturally, without the need for medical intervention.
