Hi everyone,

I'm from France and i just discorver the virtualpinball univers and it's seems very intresting. Sorry in advance for my poor english.

i own several pinball machine (flash gordon, stargate, batman forever,...) and an old virtual pinball , the mini flipper. It's the first virtual pinball machine, it's half the size of a flipper with an old arcade TV and a basic game.

I have for project:

- To create my own pinball machine, so i want to use VPX to creat a table, in order to know how to build my homebrew machine

- To modify my mini flipper i have by adding a computer with VPX. At the moment i don't know if i'm keeping the old TV or using a new flat TV. What do you think about it  regarding the graphism ? Does anyone try to creat a virtual pinball with a old TV ?

Thanks to the member of this forum

A very long time ago, I had VP working on a CRT tv. I don't remember what version I tried (maybe vp8 in 2010?). It was just for fun, but it looked really bad.

Hi Itchigo,

Thanks you for your reply. Since the CRT have a poor quality, i will put a flat TV in the cabinet.
