I never download photorealistic type tables (for my cab), but i thought i would give this a shot.... I was kinda expecting a high-res play field (4096x2048)

and found it was a 1024x1024 being upscaled... it does play nice... I guess I expected real high-res... again no disrespect... I come from design work where we had to have pin-sharp graphics on 48 foot trailers...  lol

But the reason for this.

Is table images at that kind of scale are hard to find, everyone would love photo realistic images, But that's the main reason not many, at that kind of scale exist. so the guys do with what they can find at the time with what is available to them. that's why on here if you go through the list of tables, some very rare tables look not as good as tables that are still easily found.

Plus you'd need to get real close with a camera or scanner and do every part of the Machine at that kind of res. and not a lot of people out there like letting people walk in to their Pin parlor or Arcade with a camera for hours on end photoing there machines in graphic detail. Cause they think your ripping off some kind of copyright Laws.

but if you can find any tables at that res . I think it could Help a lot of people out in preserving classic pinball history.

sorry I tried to help out this person being a newb and all, actually your more a newb than me I started here in 09.

I must of made a mistake, to try to explain his question. As he wasn't talking about just this table he was talking about all the tables and asking why some tables are not photo realistic enough through Visual Pinball.

all I did was tell him the truth about why VP9 is that way.

So if the author of this table wants to remove my comment I'll understand if he wants to re answer.  as I was probably a bit hasty I'll admit looking at it again. but that's for the author to decide.

I'll keep silent.

buy the way thanks for hijacking the thread as you never once said anything about how this table plays which is what its for. at least I did in my last comment. as respect to the author.

I'm here for the love of Visual Pinball and playing and having fun with what you guys create.

The sound of the Backglass is coming out of my output sound device and not out of my Backglass sound device. Its the first Table doing this, 95 Tables are working and giving the sound in the correct outputdevices.

Using other LOTR tables doesn't fix it. They too use only one soundoutput, and in my case its a subwoover so i cant play the table :-(

Somebody else having issus with this table? Can somebody please help me?
