Hi, I have a question about Flippers, are there specific settings for EM, SS, or modern tables, as for maxvel ?

No. Everything is done in the script. Maxvel variable is important to limit the ball speed. The strong flippers are still needed to keep the shooting angles and the backhand shots. For EM you may simply reduce the maxvel variable to 26 more or less, and if you want you may increase the flipper elasticity as the ball will move slower.

In the Realtime flipper adjustments you may change this variable:

FlipperElasticity = 0.6

0.6 is a hard flipper, like in modern tables, maybe 0.8 is more suited to an EM table.

I have updated my physics to the ones I have used in my latest tables, from Burner up to now, about 16 tables.

These settings are based on the default VPX settings, simply expanded and adjusted to all kind of materials. They are a result of several months of testing, done by hassanchop, comparing the VPX physics to his real machines. I had to make some small differences from the EM tables and the SS tables with ramps, since VPX has some limitations, as an emulation will never be like a real machine :)

If you still haven't played any of my latest tables, then do it and see if you like the settings :)
