I'm getting there, life is better now and I'm somewhat settled down in a new place, it's not perfect but it will do for now till i can get my own place.
Not to fear i haven't forgotten about the project and i'll get back into the groove of things, it's been a while since i've done anything so i'll have to get in a few hours to refresh my memory as the old brain is starting to forget things lol.
It may take a while but i will get there in the end smile.gif
Thanks for your patience.

even if it takes you 3 years to complete, your table is still worth the wait.

Thanks for your reply rdeejay!
It's good to hear life is getting better. I had the same previous year, and I promise it's gonna be better and better. It takes some time, but you will get there!
Your table is worth waiting indeed, the details are fantastic, and this is your first table, isn't it?!
What can I say...unbelieveble! You are very talented. Hope you gonna make more tables for VP, when you are ready for it.
Take care!

Dennis

Have started back working on the table again, I'm tweaking the 3d model at the moment as i wasn't 100% happy with it and the way it had translated over to VP and it's been such a long time i had done any work in Truespace i needed some time to get myself back up to speed seeing as though it's a complicated program to begin with.
I already have a lot of objects placed in the older version of the table in VP that i had been working on before life went to the pack! so once I'm completely happy with the 3d side of things i can translate it over to VP and then just copy and paste and adjust my old objects.
Oh and 1 more thing that peeves me is that i was doing all the editing on a High DEF TV which made seeing all the details and editing so much easier but the ex played hard ball and she took the TV so i'm stuck on a squinty vision 17 inch monitor for now which sux for editing!

I imagine it does indeed suck stepping down on the monitor front for the detail work you have to complete. I've played the beta many times and know how high your standards are. As many have already stated, we thank you for your perseverance and talent, and know you will decide when it's completely ready for release. Then we'll all be frying up some very tasty fish.

Hey rdeejay!

It's nice to see you back and you are getting feeling better!

I hope you are gonna build more tables, because in my opinion this is one of the best recreations ever made!
Stunning graphics, really
And your transparant ramps look great!

Have a nice day, and if you have a new WIP-Screen I know for sure everybody will be very happy!

Sorry about that rdeejay, I was referring to Melon's beta. Should be paying more attention, the truespace reference should have nudged my brain to notice that error. Still glad that your back on track.

All is well, i really haven't had anytime lately to work on the table as much as what i would like but i did manage to get some work done on it tonight, well more of the render than anything else as there was a lot of lighting i wanted to change. I'll post a rendered screenshot later in the day.

Err.. No.
You are referring to Melon's version (which is also top notch by the way).
