No Chas.. Noah was telling you to use the reply button pictured above ^^^. (see how nicely your last quote is pictured above) ^^^

It makes it much easier for us to read and understand the post that way. smile.gif

Edit: If you don't want the entire post.. You can still use the reply button, and just cut out the parts inside the quote that you don't want.

Alright Chas.. I was just trying to help you. Noah tried to point it out before, and you didn't understand, so I drew you a picture. Now you know where it is, but you still refuse to use it.

In other words.. I thought you were an idiot, but I've realized that you are just an as&$#le. I won't bug you again.

If I intend to quote someone in my posts, I consider it courtesy and proper etiquette to properly format my posts in this fashion as it makes it much easier for others to read and follow the post. As far as instruction on what button to press to reply, if you are replying to a single post and want to quote that content, click on , if you want to add quotes from multiple posts, click on in each of those posts and then click , or if you just want to add something quickly without quoting anybody, and don't need the full interface when replying, you should use

As you can see, I have removed the part of the post I don't want to quote. And anyway, I think you mean OCD.

Bad grammar* (and spelling, and punctuation) I could easily ignore (I am sure I am plenty guilty of the same, I tend to use commas extensively), but honestly I have gotten to the point where reading your posts is more work than what it is worth. I only decided to chime in with my 2¢ as I completely understand where Rawd is coming from.

All in all, it seems you are going out of your way to format your posts this way, and all I can say is more power to you. There are no rules from preventing you from doing so (and not saying there should be), but as I have eluded to above, I have personally gotten to the point where I just skim right over your posts ignoring them compeletly, and am willing to lay down money that if I am, there are plenty of others doing the same.
And this will be my only post about this as it isn't worth any further time.

chas>>>>we have all had our good and bad and really bad days. i just learned to deal with what is more important. there are the big things and the little things. alot of people seem to be having problems especially financial. its ok.

kodiak>>>>>>All in all, it seems you are going out of your way to format your posts this way, and all I can say is more power to you

chas>>>>i dont go out of my way. its very easy. i highlight what i want and copy/paste into the fast reply. its fast and easier than using reply then edit out what i dont want especially if the post is long. my posts are short and to the point. alot of people dont like reading long posts. i know i dont like reading a long repeat. just get to the point without repeating the entire thread or post.

I'm taking this poll because i was thinking of maybe doing a series of em table. I'd like to use some textures from poppotte and greywolf, but before i go through the trouble of getting permission from them i wanted to make sure there was some interest in the community for them.

I happened to be looking through my fp collection and poppotte and greywolf have made some beautiful em tables that i thought would make a nice addition to vp9 in both FS and desktop view.

Lets see how this turns out

I just got into this Virtual Pin scene since I needed some pinball action on my cheesy laptop when my wife is milking the TV. The tables that run the smoothest on my POS rig are old EMs and I'm enjoying every second of it. Bring em on smile.gif

chas, are you sure you meant "Triple Action"('74)- that one with the two spinning posts in the middle? Not maybe "Triple Strike" ('75)? - Rawd already made good version of Triple Strike recently.

Au contraire, Slydog. At least the "Triple Action" version from Ale is very well done. I admit, he hasn't the best picture material.
But Ale's version is a pretty cool recreation and still can convince.

chas>>>>>yes, im sure. the 75version had a new PF, new center carasoul spinner in the center and added spinners on the upper alleys. i spent months here and there looking. nothing. there must somebody out there who remembers this table.

Triple action is an awesome table. Ale's version at IRPinball is awesome, it might need a couple of adjustments, but he did a great job. My Fantastic four table is Ale's table with just some graphic changes, he gave me permission to do whatever I wanted with his table. Nice guy.
