Baywatch gets messed up during water skiing video mode,

DMD goes black, freezes, or there are things that don't relate to the video game.

This lasts about a second, then everything goes back to normal.

At 2/1/2025, I notice in Github we are currently at 3.6 v. 1195 under the Actions tab.  When I tried d/l these to test, all it has is a PinMame.exe and number of .txt files.  Is there a way to actually d/l the .dll files for pinmame v. 1195 ?

 segment dimmed alphanumerics

Does this include the Gottlieb system 3 Alpha?

I have tried a couple of gs3 tables and occasionally the Vpinmame works,

I was confused that in Surf'n Safari the VPM worked fine in FS mode,

but in DT the brightness of the VPM segments are low,

but then also in FS the brightness of the VPM became low.

@Independence Day: the solenoid that should open the alien's head does not work.

You mean the VPinMAME-rendered window? If yes, then there is still some bug where all segments are super dark..

E.g.:

As for ID4, which table do you use exactly for testing?

Yes exactly, the segments of the VPM window have very low intensity.

ID4 is a table of mine in progress, but even in this one the alien's head does not open https://www.vpforums...&showfile=15138,

solenoid 34 has the classic call that enables the subroutine that moves the opening/closing of the head.

Latest builds (on github actions) resolve the ID4 issue..

When the head is hit by the ball, there is actually an opto in front of the head that detects the ball,

the head should split open like the doors of the saloon, so you can throw the ball into the subway.

@toxie

Tested the Independence Day (Sega 1996) table and I can confirm the head work has expected !

Thanks for the fix !  :)

Sorry if I ask again about the low brightness problem of VPinMame with Gottlieb system 3 Alpha tables,

it is not clear to me if the problem has been solved by the latest fixes,

now the display seems to work, but it could be that some segment is completely off.

I also confirm the alien's head works.

In theory GTS3 alpha should now work as before again. How (with VPX or via setup.exe) and which games did you test?
