I would love to see someone recreate the Mandalorian Stern pinball table. With pup-pack and everything. The way jp did with deadpool

The gentlemen's agreement that the community has with Stern is that the real world tables need to be out of production for 3 years before a virtual release is considered acceptable.

So no Godzilla, for a while. As they are still making them.

Add to that
And Stern is not including it in one of their virtual pin offerings

"The gentleman's agreement" isn't a thing and never has been. There have been recreations using the modern Stern layouts for Godzilla and Jaws already. They're not the exact tables but Stern hasn't tried to have them pulled.

Custom build: Windows 10, i5 6600, Nvidia GTX 970, 16 GB RAM

And they do nothing about it !!

The GAME CODE ROM is free for download.

The peopleo that has enough money and room to buy a real machine will do it.

I think most of peopleo of community would like to buy a real machine but, no way for it.

I believe that most of great table creators has their own real stern table emulated at home and make some bit modifications to put it for general peopleo.

Real pinball and virtual pinball are completely different markets, even when the game itself stays the same. And that is the reason why Stern and all the others allow us to do what we do. But that can change instantly! Just think about the Gottlieb roms. For sure it's easy to say "I don't care about what they want and do whatever I want to do!", but it's never a good idea to ignore their wishes and piss them. It's just one single call to an lawyer and our hobby comes to an end. Of course there always will be people who continue but all the public sharing of content and information as we do know it will be gone. So better be a fair player, and don't nudge the machine too hard.  ;)
