My heart goes out to his family and loved ones.

His tables gave me a much greater appreciation for the EM machines.

May his legacy live on in all his hard work.

He will be missed.

I never spoke to Jeff (voice or email), but I have immensely enjoyed the toils of his work.  My sincere condolences to his family and friends.  He will be greatly missed.

Hi Everyone,

It's with a heavy heart that I must announce the unexpected passing of Loserman76 (Jeff Whitehead) on November 16th.

Very sorry and sad to hear this as he was a gifted coder and member of the community, especially for the older tables, many of which I've enjoyed over the years. I agree with Norm Macdonald, instead of funding research into cancer, diabetes, etc, what they really need to spend money on is beating death. Good thoughts to his family and friends.

When I think pinball, I think Williams amazing 1979 'Flash' and the amazing Steve Ritchie and company. Let the thunder and lightning roll!!  :drinks:

Never knew him personally, but just from the messages that I would send him congratulating him on recreating older tables was something that I used to do. And honestly, it's gonna be sad not being able to see a lot of these lost/forgotten tables remade.

Not to say somebody else won't pick up the project, but for quite some time, it's gonna be an empty void.

We are really gonna miss ya man.

I just recently joined this community and got hooked up to EM recreations because of him. I mean his work was incredible in amount and quality!

His passing still saddens me, even after 2 month of reading this notification the first time. It's like you get into basketball and Jordan just stopped playing.

I hope someone will pick up the torch.

My sincere condolences to his family and friends

I'm really saddened by this, I didn't even know he passed until now. I had taken a few year break from VP and just came back recently. His tables are what got me fascinated with EM Pinball in the first place.  RIP Jeff

OMG-I was learning about Vpin and noticed that a lot of nostalgic tables were from Loserman76. This was back in 2020 and I lost interest because of the learning curve in setting things up. I now have more time and a renewed interest. After reading a thread about issues with with Strato Flite did I learn of his passing. RIP Jeff and thank you for bringing back a piece of my childhood.
