Just wanted to add, none of this is personal - I hope someday everyone could work together to create exact replicas of the backglasses of all the machines. And I'll be the first to admit mine aren't entirely perfect, but I won't add stuff that I'm unsure about. I'd rather have it missing than add something that wouldn't be in the finished product. If there is something I have wrong, please let me know.

I don't take it personal at all destruk .. only by getting advise from others and listen to what they have to say speaking out of experience will make me 'grow' and learn on how to do things differently (and better,more realistic) next time .. so thanks for your wise words ..
If you look at the start of this thread I've been testing/trying different ways to get the Backglass more involved in the overall Gameplay .. and to have an open discussion on how things can be accomplished best using different ways to get there ..

The reason I'm showing the results of some tests I did with the UltraVPServer is only out of enthousiasm on the step forward to actually make use of rom controlled Backglass activity ..

UltraVPServer v06.3 is enormously increased in speed so no more stuggering during gameplay .. even not during Multiball!

Great job Manofwar!

My friend.. i Agreed with you. The New Stern have only a tube, not lights!!

I put hours of works searching some lights in the Backglass in my uvp files.... Gorgar, Xenon, etc...

I try to get the better kind a backglass and the closer to reality, looking videos from pinballs in youtube.

With the release of the 'UltraVPServer' it's possible to add 'Active Backglasses' - rom controlled.

Already some FanTasTic recreated 'Active Backglasses' in the download section 'Animated' at Flying Dutchman's 'Backglass Paradise'.
All (besides a few done by myself) are recreated by StrangeLeo (BIG Thanks!).

There's more to come!

Finally got a chance to set it up, Dutchman. It is fantastic. Very easy to set up, and very easy to create the backglasses. Runs smoothly on my cabinet, and works great with or without hyperpin. Great work. I have some questions for manowar, is he a member here or should i ask over at hpf

UW glad you like it .. most issues come with the fact that the filenames don't match the ones stated in the HyperPin 'Visual Pinball.xml' file.

To all Table Auhors.

With the release of UltraVPServer and so 'Active Backglasses' being rom controlled I would like to ask if the Table Authors would have a problem if we release their Tables as a Package
including the .uvp + .png + Table including modified script.

There's no modification to the the actual Table, only the 'set controller' setting being managed by the UltraVPServer iso VP.

Is it possible to get this to work outside of Hyperpin? I can't seem to get anything to display on my second monitor and the UVP doesn't do anything but make my primary monitor blank.
Perhaps some can post a precise example of a table that works including script change, where you put the files exactly and any timer you may have added.
