Even if I don't read the rules, I had a good score today; my personal highscore. :dblthumb:

Attached File  hs1.jpg   25.33KB   13 downloads

I moved the DMDdevice.dll and .ini from syswow64 to VPinMame-folder, but that doesn't change anything.

The DMD is always at the start of the table opened in the background of the playfield.

So I manually edit the ini-file (Y- and X-axis and open in front) and now it works.

Don't know, why this doesn't work automatic. I'm always as admin logged in.

Another question: I want to record games with screenrecording. Which program is the best?

I record with the tool in Win10 and the quality is very good, but I can only record the playfield.

I want also to record the DMD for the score.

I also test Apowersoft, which can record multi displays. But while recording I can't play without difficulties.

My PC is fast enough. Maybe there is another good programm?

Wauw Great score! Did you try snagit for recording? I normally use it for screen capture but it also does recording.

I download 1.3 tomorrow and see how it plays. If there are no bugs, we can also play with this version. But if there's really the bug in the lower playfield, we better wait for 1.4.

I will give it a try.
Also I make a recording with camtasia and it works very well. There's only a little stuttering in the film. I play with the highest quality settings and record pf and bg with dmd in one go.

Joey - there are a few requests for exactly the focus thing over at github, so, for the moment dmd-ext isn't perfect. Seems you found a good solution for it and to those that might follow the link you posted in the other thread. I guess you used the settings in dmddevice.ini something like this :

[acdc_170hc]
pindmd3 enabled = false
virtualdmd enabled = true
virtualdmd left = 2500
virtualdmd top = 800
virtualdmd width = 1024
virtualdmd height = 256

Glad you at least resolved it somehow, but, I can't explain why it still will not save automatically though. But, it wouldn't be all bad if we needed to start to use such a scheme of controlling it via a simple ini-file. That way, if we forgot to export registry when we take backup of VP we would get these settings with us.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

I'm busting to play this and join in.

With 4 system 11 games in for quick restore and catching up on my site repairs, I still have no time to do the vcab.
But am getting closer.
Fingers crossed.

I only edit the DMDdevice.ini-file in the VPinMame-folder. I only have one table with a colored DMD and I don't know, what I have to do, if I had another table with other X- and Y-axis. How can I edit the ini for separate tables?
Here is my ini-file, that works for me.

Maybe you have to change the X- an Y-axis. My backglass is 1600x1200.
