I think the ArcadeCameraZ is too little. I use 200 hex. Looks better on the top.

Just read many of the comments and can't believe how ungratefull many of you are. If it was not for chris you guys would not have this great software. Stop messing around with the mans creation and just maybe the couple of small issues will be addressed. Won't get you nowhere if you keep pissing the man off. I don't blame the man for stoping support. Just me 2 cents and hope i have not gotton any body upset. Without this mans effort none of this would be possible.

I hear you Mikey and understand where you are coming from, but some of these camera issues/recommendations don't involve changing the exe, they are just registry adjustments. This is no different than the thousands other registry adjustments you can do to Improve your windows experience, other software, etc. if these were not meant to be adjusted at all, I don't think they would have ended up as registry settings, but inside the .exe as he has done with some of these physics adjustments. Of course, that is another issue entirely.

on the flip side dude - if not for these tweaks his program would be long forgotten by now.

Hey Open6l, you are not playing on a cabinet are you?  Some of your settings are quite different than my cab settings.

Actually yes I do play on a cabinet and those are my arcade render settings (for angle and lighting) on my cabinet.

I'm sure you're aware of the quote "what have u done for me lately?"

:)

I'm just not a fan of his whole drama and the way he left things (or abandoned them). My own 2 cents.

Ok so you are on a cabinet, then let me ask you about your view.  Mine is set to static view which I thought was for cabinets.  I see you have it set differently and you have it set for the camera to follow the ball movement.  I have not tried that as I thought that was for playing on a normal computer setup.

EDIT - just tried those settings, made no difference so I'm guessing they are disabled when in arcadeview mode. Open6l if you have a link to pictures of your cabinet please pm it over to me, would love to take a look.  Thanks.

Actually no. I am on a cabinet with static view. Earlier in the thread I was just showing another possibility for those that wanted a better/different angle view by using the Manual Camera view (F11).

Personally I run static fullscreen on my cabinet with the registry settings I posted.

Sorry for the confusion :)

I Noticed the last entry in this post was dated 2013. Is this topic now outdated with the latest release of BAM ?
