"- Will fit any current DMD cut out (exact DMD dimensions, no large lcds to try and fit / hide)"
Russ, about statement above, will it able to run large DMD games as Baywatch ? No matter if it is resized or out of original aspect ratio.

Pindmd3 will be full custom pallet(per frame) coulorizable in the near future!
Fantastic! Recognizing you still have development to complete, I can't wait to play with this great innovation. I've never been thrilled with the look of my LCD DMD, but I never wanted to go to a plain DMD. I'm glad I waited for this to come along, as I would never have been able to sell the wife on another dedicated DMD, if I had already bought one. Replacing a $5 thrift store monitor is an easier sell. I look forward to hours of coloring fun!

All features of pindmd2 are supported by pindmd3 (192x32, 64x256) and all virtual alphanumerics.
Pindmd1/2 do not support .ppm this is a pindmd3 only feature.

Russ,
Is there any kind of a work-around for the 192X64 size DMDs from games like Baywatch and Mary Shelley's Frankenstein?

For my money, I will be happy to have to have a utility that allows it to be, "full custom pallet(per frame) coulorizable." I don't need to use anybody's colorized ROMs to get what I want. I'm happy to take the time to produce my own coloring and save it, in whatever format you choose, which can't possible intrude on anybody else's patents, trademarks or licenses. Colors can't be made proprietary. I'm sure that, over time, we will develop a library of pallets, much in the way we currently have a database of colors for use in the current Pinmame coloring scheme. I look forward to future developments and eagerly await the product. Like everything else, I'm sure improvements will come rapidly following delivery of the initial units and I hope to be part of that process.
