May be a little dark as I have some plans for the fading gi.

I'll have a daylight texture pack if it's too dark

Amazing job unclewilly/randr! I visit this topic every day, this table will be a blast!!

I agree Sheltemke, this has become my little daily pick me up watching this table take shape.

I still can't believe they are able to make such amazing 3D models with out a 3D scanner!

I feel sorry for randr, when this table drops I predict he's going to be flooded with 3D image requests from all over the VP community.

I'm sure. I still love to see a nice rotating 3d bigfoot model in Jp/Aaron's Whitewater :)

Shadowsclassic you are giving me way to much credit. I'm never satisfied with anything and as I attempt to make these I find flaws that drive me crazy! As we continue and do more tests of these models I hope to have one of each I will accept as a final model. Will work on this more over weekend thanks unclewilly for letting me help! Exciting to be able to contribute to a hobby I really enjoy.

You are just a little OCD that's all. Just remember when you get it to where you think it is passable, everyone else was blown away by it at least four versions back!

Here is an example of what is bugging me...

You will see the model aint half bad...except his FRIKKIN left arm where it attaches to chest. WTF!! working on fixing this...unless the placement on table makes it so you cant tell?

I will reverse them as I think vp reverses them so then they should import correctly. I purchased some new hardware tonight to improve the models... Will provide them Sunday! :) reversed. :)

Sweet.
I'd like to know how you reverse them as I'm going to try and model the full wire ramps also using fp
These models are tedious to work with in the editor. I may have to switch to desktop view to get them positioned correctly

Yeah, I ran into the same issue with the wheels for Hurricane, I had to flip them inside the modeling software before exporting the .obj file.

Spent all morning tuning this.. Lighting is way more important than I thought! Look at mad scientist for example! Bad! I fixed that model with proper lighting and reversed it so hope it imports correctly. I'll try adding these to table for test also. Besides getting lights last night I got a tripod!! Lmao! Yeah that helps a ton too! So next models should be final if the mad scientist is ok

Hey randr these models are looking great.  So happy for an updated MB.  What other machines do you have to pull parts from and model?
