IGN gives the PC and PS4 version a 9 out of 10. Clearly IGN knows nothing about Pinball.

Edit: OH!!!!!!!!!!!! I get it now... 10 being utterly crap and 1 being awesome :)

I agree, having just read that review, it's a bit of a bias one at that. Standard fan on the first play writing a review.

People forget that in days past we used to play the full price of a retail game for one table, like with the Pro Pinball series.

Well, Pro Pinball is actually worth the extra $.

I think the PC version has a lot of potential ahead. People who say the physics suck (or are like in FP) are full of sh*t... the physics are very good... I'd compare them to ProPinball.

Keep digging mate.

For me, what makes ProPinball stand out is that it has real ball-spin that interacts with the table/rubbers. Every other pin-sim is missing this and (to me) it's necessary for getting as realistic in how a game "feels". It looks like the new unity engine might do it though. :)

I noticed the ball spin effect as well. It threw me off the first several times I played Timeshock, wasn't exspecting a pin-sim to be THAT good in that respect. :D

I could have been smart, but I never learned anything by being smart!

The lighting on el dorado is horrible, by that I mean non existent. It may be to other peoples's tastes but it looks really flat to me, shame :(
