Can someone who has the files mirror them somewhere else?

In Australia, I'm getting a pacey 2KB/s download rate ;)

Many thanks in advance.

So long as they don't mind, here is a link to the folder on my dropbox... I have the files uploading now, so be patient.

Temporary Unit3D Pinball Mirror
EDIT : Moved to separate dropbox to avoid any potential excessive download bandwith cutoff (removed previous link and folder, sorry if you were already downloading)

Thanks. The first 2 times it was run was in window checked. I did then attempt full screen at a lower resolution but soon as clicked the main screen it's curtains for me. I have the logs with some details on how they were run. I'll upload these for you.

I'm going to try one more time and after that I cannot risk anymore lol.

Strange. Give me links to the uploaded logs.

I don't understand: except for one, these logs tells me that the game has been launched correctly. Try deleting "Config/options.ui.puo" then run in window mode. This should reset all options, including  setting Render mode to "Window"... hope this will work!

Thanks. I really appreciate the help but maybe I have some underlying problem elsewhere. Although with most emulation or newer PC games it's not really an issue.

Of those first few times I could see the table & the pinmame window, as soon as it was activated it would bomb and not viewed by the TV forcing me to shutdown.

When the options.ui.puo was deleted it seemed to load up fine again but I managed to catch a windows kernel error message bottom right with the graphics driver. I could maybe have a go at removing/updating driver and try running Unit3d from another drive. Other than that I'm at a loss, not to worry though!

BTW. My comment could be interpreted as being harsh, that is not my intention. Great that you guys released it so we can check what it does on multiple setups. I will try the program on W7 later. Thanks

No problem! I saw on your config that you have multiple graphic cards. We nether tried that so maybe there is some problem with vsync. Try disabling it. If you have multiple outputs on one card, I would like you to try runnin on one card only please. This is an interesting setup! Also try to update drivers, and, as you said, on w7...

Yeah indeed, it seems there is another problem. Try running another Unity application for example. Good luck.

How do I move the translite to my other monitor?  I figured out the handles, but when I try to move it to the other monitor it disappears.  Looking so promising, thanks

I'm an idiot, just figured it out partially.  How do I click on the backglass handle that is under the options window?  OK got it.

Thank you so much for this!

I do have a problem ans (apparently I'm the only one so it must be me doing something wrong); I am getting errors:

"nullreference exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

These are thrown a lot and nothing seems to be working anymore.

Can someone help me?

Thank you!

Edit: I examined the log and it appears that the program can't handle "=" and/or "-" characters in the folder names. Changed it and it's working!

Thanks!!!

Haha , well I'm not really too sure how I got this working but it was a mixture of a new driver, getting the paintbrush out & cleaning all the bits inside the machine!

Struggling to get above 35fps so i'm finding it pretty much unplayable like that. In need of a new cpu anyway and with all the new gen consoles out its time for an upgrade.

Sometimes have a problem where the table & pinmame doesn't load properly, this is fixed by replacing the options.ui.puo from the release.

BilboX I manged to figure out how to get it working on my cab. Setting screen to Fake Fullscreen ALL but unlike the 4:3 amazing detailed and clear graphics when stretched to FS  looks blurry and low rez. Do I need to be selecting any other options to improve visual clarity? Also I cant seem to launch the ball when I hit the Enter button, Instead it tilts as if it is nudging. I check the controls and launch is set correctly.

Thanks for the hint.  I've tried all the rendering modes available and cannot get any joy.   I run two seperate video adapters, GTX 680 for the playfield and the integrated I5 adapter (HD 4000) for the backglass.

I'm starting to think the software may not like the backglass adapter.   Does this need to be run on a single card with dual outputs?

Thanks in advance,

Dozer.

Can we change these physics at all yet? It's actually easier than TPA.

Cabinet mode uses a render to texture. Thus, you need to improve this texture quality. When in cab mode, you have "new" options available. Read the doc about it please (Options/Cabinet Options).

Your input problem probably comes from an installed incompatible (yet) joystick. try to unplug and remove all joysticks inputs in the Input menu. I am currently fixing it developing a DirectInput plugin.

I actually have the same graphic card GTX 680) and it runs like a charm. I suspect from previous reports that Unity really does not handle really well multiple graphics adapters. Please, try with dual outputs on the GTX 680... Also try disabling "vsync", it sometimes slow down everything when not the same on both screens. Hope this will helps!
