The Lord of The Rings
^{Delivers the best DMD animations there are in Pinball history, it has a complex ruleset, bossmodes, some "out of this world" wizzard mode and the theme is just beautiful...}

Tales of Arabian Nights
^{Arguably prettier than LOTR, great music, great theme, falls short on the ruleset and wizzard mode which could me so much more spectacular than already are.}

Twilight Zone
_{Once my favourite table because of the richness in features, beautiful esoteric theme and crazy wizzard mode. Pat Lawlor signature design doesn't flow as much as the first two contestants falling right to third in my list.}

Theatre of Magic
_{The only reason this one came in fourth is because i suck at it. The game flow is over-the-roof and i still haven't figured out if it's a good or bad thing. Gameplay feels magic though...}

Scarred Stiff
_{Party piece of Williams/Bally era, easy gameplay and proper flow. Lacks on gamemodes and tends to get boring, sadly... ...only wished that software devs could take the ruleset to a greater level.}

Jack*Bot
_{I just love the future-retro design of this game. The video mode is surprisingly addictive and keeps you getting back for more...

Abstain, no Dr. Who.  Hell, you don't even have an unpopular enough table that is terrible enough for me to cast a protest vote on.  (Royal Rumble is close, though.)

Flash of course,  Black Knight, Medieval Madness,

Black Hole, Gorgar, Fire Power, Pinbot, and I owned a neat Pachinko

machine my folks bought from Sears in the 60's I believe.

The instructions were in Chinese that I do remember!

Anyhow back to pins heck I hung out in Times Square once I could drive

and back then before it got cleaned up there were tons of little arcades

with a pin or two all up and down the sidewalks. Darned if I can recall the pins names

but many were Em's of course but then Flash and the wide body SS's came out

okay back to real pins the Close Encounter Em one which was the first pin

to have that spinning wheel target that I ever saw much less had the chance to play it!

But others there in those places I swear looked homemade and still made money

mine at least damn I better cut this here

as already I know I'm gonna' hear of the length of this post!

There are so many good tables. Sure there are only a handful that are really outstanding but I like to play about 30 tables for sure. It also certainly has a big say in how the original table is converted to VP or FP - I never liked PinBot but after the big update and the new directB2S backglass I really like to play it, it's even one of my favorite tables.

Most Stern 2000's tables are "ok"... pretty solid and actually quite underrated. I still think Monopoly is their best one. There's something attractive about it.

Do you have a FS Orbit? I assume you play on a cab, based on your signature.

I tried to convert the Destruk version a while ago and ran into some issues (clearly a lack of skill). Would be nice to share it if you have one. Even if it just a desktop => FS conversion. Pretty sure Destruk will give his blessing.

I know I have a modern-heavy list, but trust me, I've played many of the classics and love them for their own reasons, but sometimes the advanced game modes of the newer pinball tables are more intriguing. I really like LOTR as well but feel burnt out because it's the only machine at the local bar...
