Thoughts out to Jeffs loved ones.

We were to work on an EM I was redrawing, as he could script it much quicker than me and he was well versed in the early the EMs.

I will have to find the game, I can't even remember the name of it without looking, but it will be in memory of and dedicated to Jeff.

OMG. He has helped me a lot with the B2S programming on my EM tables and has also made a lot of good EM tables.

My condoleances and I wish his family and nearby friends also a lot of strength.

Very, very sad and my sincere condolences. Some weekends I would grab a beer and play nothing but his legendary EMs.

I am very saddened by this loss.  I haven't been into the pinball scene for a long time (2 years), but his tables were my favorite in VPX.  So bright and vibrant and fun to play.  I'm playing a few in honor of him tonight.

Very sad to hear this. Hope his days of tinkering, working on and playing virtual pinball brought him happiness and satisfaction. I really enjoy old school EM tables so I appreciated much of his work on those and that he was able to make those tables accessible to many more people around the world, who wouldn't otherwise have access to those old and rare gems. Our community will continue benefit from his contributions for a long time to come. I'll be playing some of his tables this week as a personal tribute.

I hope his children, wife and other family may someday be able to read all of these posts, get a glimpse into this virtual community and get some sense of how many people he never met in person, but made an impact on through his work and collaborations. And there are still countless others beyond this forum who enjoy his creations, and will continue to well into the future.

Life can be brief, but we can make more of it by bringing joy and happiness to others. Thank you Loserman76 for all the precious time and passion you dedicated to this hobby, for all of us to benefit. Your legacy will live on.

I worked with Loserman on a couple projects. A great guy dedicated to the older EM tables.

I never met him in person, but a big loss for the pinball community. RIP my friend. Your absence

will be keenly felt.

Although I didn't know Jeff, I still play the wonderful EM tables he shared. Like others have said, I never would have been able to play most of the tables he authored if it were not for his passion for EM pinball and willingness to share with us all.

RIP Jeff.

Sad news to hear, as a 2 year "newbie" Loserman name popped up everywhere I went in Virtual pinball. Hard not to notice the amount of free, good advice he gave in the forums, answered every topic with knowledgeable advice.

You're right, a great loss.  From many Australian enthusiasts, we will miss him, but won't forget him.

His sad loss would be in vain if someone or some group cannot take up the torch that he has passed to the community. As for his personal life, so little is known other than what he posted on his profile. It would be nice to know what inspired him to recreate Gottlieb electromechanicals specifically. Also what other interests he persued.

RIP Loserman76. Stay forever young.

Thank Noah for creating this thread.

Found out about this sad news a few days ago via a facebook post. Floored, didn't know how to process this, felt it best to take a couple of days.  As much as we appreciate his amazing contributions, I can't imagine what his family and friends; those who really knew him personally, must be going through.

His obit seems to show what we have always known: the man was generous, caring, patient and just there for his fellow human.  IE: there doesn't appear to have been any masks with him, what we saw is what he was and he was an outstanding man.  As another member mentioned earlier in this thread, I've joked with him often that he has the most reverse forum nickname I've ever seen. The guy was a winner, both in pinball recreations and in the real world, with his family and all who knew him personally.

Thanks for your contributions Jeff. If your family and friends peruse this thread, you should know how lucky we all feel to have known him and to have received soooo many of his contributions. Christmas season was always a time for Jeff to generously release many of his recreations, often via dozens upon dozens of releases leading up to the festive season.  May this thread show you that Jeff made a difference beyond his tables; as been mentioned by many, as a leader and a guiding hand to the future authors who in turn will now keep his spirit alive forever.  What some thought were maybe a few authors, now we can see his influence reached so many more.

Rest in Peace

Sad, sad, sad.

He made me feel like I was going back to my childhood.
Some tables he built I was allowed to play as a child with a stool under my feet in Berlin pubs,

The tables I did not know I got to know through him.

Such a pity that he had to go so early.

My deepest sympathy and condolences to the family and friends.

So sad to log in and see this news.   Worked with him on a whole bunch of tables.  What a bummer.  Condolences to his family.
