I have 7Zip so it won't be a problem. Love that program! biggrin.gif

Just tried to do the browse thing and don't see it. I wonder if that option is for subscribers only (getting ready to sell a computer I got to pay for mine and some other things biggrin.gif ).

Here's the most recent screenshot. Currently trying to figure out why the left trigger hole decals aren't showing like the right ones, and also my left two circular targets located above and a little left of the left slingshot aren't showing either and they are the two I had done some scripting on to animate them using 3 timers and four drop targets. biggrin.gif

ok here is the 'add reply screen' you will get when clicking on 'ADD REPLY' can't make it any easier than this, and NO you do not need to be a subscriber to upload a table here, I am not and I upload them all the time! but you must be registered I think. Anyhow just click on that browse button in the middle of your reply screen and find the table on your computer (zipped) then hit the 'upload box next to the browse button, you'll see it (after it uploads) under 'manage attachment' showing up as a 1 in parentheses:

manage current attachments (1)

if by chance it's too large a file, upload it to speedyshare or another free upload site so i may download it...screw it just email it to me at: [email protected]

i uploaded 2 of them as pictures to give you an idea of how they look, just use white as your transparent color

Cool! Thanks for the work!

It is not that I haven't figured it out to upload to this thread, it's just that the browse button and boxes do not appear after I click the add reply button. I tried this also with Firefox since Opera is my main browser and thought maybe Opera was the culprit, but still no go on it.
I'll try it again.

Here is what I am getting on the screen when I click the add reply button:

Got the images put on the lower miniplayfield and they look good. Redid the lights since not everyone is familiar with the series and added names of the agents as the text on the lights. The underground agents decals will be like part of the playfield itself. Thanks for the work faralos!

I'll actually upload the table to you so you can have a looksie. You might notice some things that are out of whack and might have some suggestions for it. You have my permission to mod it, just let me know what you did so I don't end up undoing it by mistake. biggrin.gif

first problem solved! the reason you can't see the hole decals at all is that wall (the left side) you have checked as 'droppable' Just uncheck it and they'll show up! now on to the second problem...

Ah ok! It's always the simple things that go wrong for me. I wonder why the Droppable option was on in the first place, I notice targets when created, the droppable option is unchecked.

The wood grain image looks good. biggrin.gif

Sounds good! Take your time! biggrin.gif

There is a lot that I am learning that will bode well for this table but also on the next table that I will embark on after I have this one completely finished. For the next table I will do (Tron) I already got most of the screenshots and sound clips for it, something I should have done first with this table but no worries anyways. biggrin.gif

well yes and no. For my tables i usually have a basic idea then while I am building and moving stuff around on the actual playfield a thought will occur (yeah i get them every now and then! biggrin.gif ) like gee, this pic will look good on these targets, then I'll google it and hunt down an appropriate sound for them, at other times (like the Peanuts table) I got all the sounds from two sources. The pics, I get during construction, so don't get yourself in a dither about trying to get all the sounds at once, you will probably end up using half of what you actually get and finding out the stuff you got may not be the sounds (or pics) you end up using.

I have no worries, since most of the pics and sound bites came from one source each, it wasn't too much trouble. I know with my Hogan's Heroes table, I had done a lot of changing around on the table design mostly because of gameplay issues. So I am no stranger to redesigning in the middle of a project! biggrin.gif

check your email PD, I just put in a scoring routine, let me know if you want it or not.

Thanks for doing the scoring routine, and yes I would like it. I am wondering what scoring range, how many digits especially, would be right for this table. Sunday I am going to get the rest of the screenshots I want for this table and also work to get as many audio clips recorded that I can that I want to implement (not all may be used).
Almost forgot that I will be using more text for graphics on the remaining drop targets, the 5 on the upper mini playfield will spell out KLINK and the 6 that are next to the captured ball will spell out LEBEAU. I will get those implemented later on. The wall behind the upper mini playfield targets I haven't decided yet whether it will be posts and rubbers or a "scoop" to drop onto the playfield where the bumpers are at (Swords of Fury kind of thing), I am thinking the latter would add another element to the gameplay. Either case I will finish that part of the playfield design by next week.
Two last things, the ramp on the very right that leads to the bumpers is a temporary thing. The kicker where the small mid-playfield flipper flips the ball into is intended to be a vertical kicker and will be doing that part last on the playfield design. The other thing is the ramps that lead to the circular targets I will try to get to raise (like the ramp in PinBot) so that the ball can be aimed underneath to kickers that kick out the ball fast (like F-14 Tomcat). (geez I am pretty ambitious ain't I? biggrin.gif )

Just did a test run of the table and most everything is smooth, I noticed that when I start a second game the capture ball kicker creates a second ball and we have two balls in the captured ball area. Pretty funny thing but no worries right now on it as I didn't think about that happening. biggrin.gif

just remember that the numerical equation of 'PI' is used for a vuk (vertical upkicker) and DON't use the whole equation, just 1.5 is all that's needed. if you put more than one number after the decimal the ball does not kick at the proper strength. I (and theguyoverthere, my playtester and helper for my table 'cavegal') found this out the hard way after numerous hours of frustration! glad ya' like the scoring routine. and as for setting high scores, play the crap outta' the table once you are finished and go from there. or let me playtest it for you and I can help you to set a high score for it. remember to add 'start game' sounds/music and a sound for the high score, too. to make an endless music loop just write inPlaysound"whatever here" ,-1 the negative one means at the songs end it'll loop again playing continously. at game start if you don't want the music to continue just add the line, StopSound"whatever here"
they are in italicsonly for reference purposes here do not make them italicized in the coding

oh for your next table try my table skeleton (click on the 'upload list' box under my avatar piv in any of my posts then find faralos table skeleton) as it has the scoring routine in it already as well as a custom plunger, too! i tried that plunger with your table but had numerous problems getting the plunger to work that ai gave up on it for now. I'd like for it to work, but not at this moment! it reallypissed me off that Icouldn't get it to even show up, but I'll persevere, but I think it has to do with the fact that you are using a raised table surface...but we'll see...
