I wouldn't think so
Maybe you should remove the R3 and re-down load and put it back on....
Is this the one you're using

Have you tried the Cat6 RJ45 in both sockets?  Only one of them is correct, one controls outputs 1-4 and the other 5-8, so there are two possibilities for orange & orange / white.

Go in your GlobalConfig_B2SServer.xml file, change Items in red
Then try running, post your log...

it looks like it's not loading your cabinet file..

Make it so Windows shows the file extensions on all files and send post a new picture of your config folder

Do i need to connect the ground wire from power supply to the teensy board or just leave it?

Ok, so after uninstalling and reinstalling DOF R3, Arduino and Teensyduino I finally have  1 strip of LEDs working for the right half of the playfield but for the life of me I can't get a strip working for the back or the left

Have you tried hooking up the wires from the right to the lights on the left to make sure the lights are good
