About the buy in's I'm with KloggMonkey.

But to get my AFM_vp9.1x_2.3.1 score I used the extra balls I earned while that game.
I didn't think about before, but now I'm not sure if it was right to submit that score. But
how to circumvent extra balls? Sure I don't manage to place each shot as I want.

Just like you said...you earned them....not bought them.....
Extra balls are of course legit,if they are earned.........
buy-in is a no-no......

Although i'm considering a 5.000.000.000 penalty on your game.
That's about the amount i need to take over your 2nd place

Probably a punishment that costs me 5 milliards so you are on the
2nd place!?

That's the talk we need if and when real tournaments take place!
That's the most fun of them at all besides to play the games.

However, be sure that I don't cheat!

I will even post the lowest scores if I can't do better.

On a fresh install, you will still get the "Are you legally entiteled to play ....", even if you keep all your old nvrams,
a pinmame registry backup will get rid of it on new installs though.

It's mainly the old games that have the dip sw settings to have no replay or extra balls.

In the next version you'll be able to register your MARTIANS DESTROYED as well
Only thing is it checks in the nvram before a game and only when you get a higher one it will register , that way it will always be achieved in the game you played .....
So it would take 140+ MARTIANS to get it registered if you use this nvram, or if you use a new nvram only 20+
*But if it already registered the 140+ record in the pinemhi database you wont have to use a new one cause you already have 140+ as your highest score (as it shows only 1 topscore per player)

Even braggingrights as to Ruler of the Universe are in , if you make it in that game...it will select your position on the hiscore-list using the date......

It sounds as if you want to tell me that my score isn't valid, because you suspect me to use old nvram files and
a Visual PinMAME registry backup.

Probably I'm wrong, but who knows?

I always use default settings. The only change I do is to adjust the rom volume. I don't save my nvram files.
I don't make registry backups. I don't cheat. I know how to circumvent the "Are you legally entiteled to play
...." question, but I don't think it's a huge problem to answer it once after a fresh installation (no cabinet here).

you play here in tournament, you have to let me know! Then I have to find out how to do that.

What he tries to tell you is that he has a solution to get rid of the warning messages you get because of your new install....
He's not saying you cheated !!!
He only wants to help.

And the extra balls are part of the game so you don't have to disable them
There is nothing wrong with your score, you did it exactly right

I keep old nvrams to back up old high scores. (Just had another computer crash recently, another new install)

If I suspect that nvram was one I may have changed, then I delete it to make sure.

Decided to call the program PINemHi Leaderboard....
Revamped it a little bit...

You first select a game


After that you have the selection of the tables (VP9 and VP8)



After you played a game and hit escape you can return to the game selection menu when asked to play again (previous you had to start the program all over again)
But the best is you can also set the special hiscores like MARTIAN CHAMPION in AFM - xx Martians destroyed or in Medieval Madness -damsels saved -catapult slams etc....

Will release it soon.....want to add some extra games before I release it.

The scores that have been made with the previous release will stay in the database.
