Well it took about a week and a half, but I went and compiled all the high scores from McD's and Sabbats threads. That was 66 pages and a lot of research. I have put them on four MS excel spreadsheets. VP8HSEveryone(A-L), VP8HSEveryone(M-Z), VP9HSEveryone(A-L), VP9HSEveryone(M-Z). I also have a spreadsheet with 60+ player names/real names/DMD initials and it also includes 96 table authors and their abbreviations. The list is not complete in that I probably have left out some authors and dont know a half dozen DMD initials for some players who mostly play EM's. I am sure there is going to be an error or two, so I am sure someone will let me know. I spent tedious hours rechecking playfields and versions to make sure they are accurate and tried to honor everyones high scores, but without a picture, I had to *asterik* any problems with the score. If I couldn't read it correctly or was missing a photo/snapshot because the link was old. Mostly I was successful.
The last thing I want to do is take away from the efforts Sabbat has done over the last few months, His will be the best of the best, but WE HAVE been waiting two years for this Database to occur, and I am afraid that with building cabinets now, Noah will be pretty busy juggling everything.
It is available for anyone with MS excel or an excel reader. I will continue to add ANYONE and EVERYONE's High Score, BUT!!, you must include:

A SAMPLE LIKE THIS:>>> TABLE: Lord of the Rings
AUTHOR: Megapin/Groni
VERSION: VP9 v1.4

SCORE: 441,179,290 PMV <<<<Harakiri<<<<

I don't want a flood of scores right away, I dont want the first or second game that you have played on a new table. I want you to play the sh#t out of each game and if you think that you have peaked/ or are satisfied then post your score as listed above, even if it isn't in the top five. If you are pleased/proud of it then post it. That was McD's original intention, for everyone to participate, not just a few great players. I spend a long time researching the missing items with some of the scores from two thousand posts, so if you have an asterik already, merely send another picture of your score with the information above. 44million with a nvram file won't work. I cant read them or take the time to try to in VPMAN.
If you have a less that powerful machine and only can play vp8, then send those scores in, they are more than WELCOME!!, or any old scores that you are proud of that fell short of the High Score. If you want to tell your buddies how your doing so far, then dont include everything in that score. but if you are satisfied it is good score for you then follow the score posting information that I listed. I will add new releases, as well as older EM's that havent got on the list.

PLEASE, Make sure that you announce whether it is a FIRST PLace score or not, that will help SABBAT weed though the posts. I am currently looking into an excel to PDF viewer to make it easy for everyone, but for now it is going to be aspreadsheet databases, that I would like to share with everyone!!. I believe there are a few MS EXCEL viewer that are free/shareware to look at them. Make sure you download the player and author sheet, as all the scores have your 3 digit DMD name listed next to them!! smile.gif EDIT: I was able to upload the player sheet, so if you know of any DMD names etc.
I can probably handle ten HIGH SCORES a week from each player, so over the course of the next year or so it should fill up nicely and give us an idea of who is the best player for the machines of each decade!! We should figure out a Nascar type points system for tables played and average, for those that don't have the time to play alot.
I would like to start another excel spreadsheet with the 100 most popular pins, of the ones permissible to recreate in VPM/VP and the High Score list for those. I will cut and paste them from the existing vp9 or vp8 lists.

*** As of now, Excel spreadsheets can't be uploaded, but maybe I/we could convince Noah to host the five spreadsheets for viewing only, and I will if noone else can, keep it up to date. For now if you want to message me, I will email them to you. In the meantime I will see if I can chat with Noah, and if he can use it. If you hadn't noticed, I've been laid off quite a while with some time on my hands. I am excited. I would love some feedback, positive or neg/positve. I had an Idea of having the high scores show up as you run your mouse over the downloadable table pictures in the table download sections or a link to the appropriate High Scores for that table. Eventually I hope to be able to provide an easy way to view them.
ANDROID/Andy/GAG
EDIT: A BIG THANKS!!! to ta2686 for converting the excel files into a pdf file, Acrobat and other freeware readers can display. I had to enlarge the text to fullsize to read them. Have Fun!!!

What you can do if you want in the meantime is place the Excel sheets into a zip file and then attach it to a post here. That is if people are really interested in seeing this information (which I am to be quite honest with you!) I want to see where I rank with my small amount of high scores against the best competition we have here.

Great job! I really like that we now can see up to 10 great scores instead of only the top one. I had some highscores myself that in the mean time have been bettered, so it´s still nice to see my initials (JOR) in the list at #3 or so. It motivates me to pick up the pace again, now you can visibly climb the list as it were,

... 4.4 billion on Frankenstein. Have I already mentioned how much I hate you? Well, time to get back to playing that one - I need to at least have one number one, and I'm pretty sure I've beaten 5 billion already, but that's been quite a while and I'm out of practice.

But anyhow, that's some pretty damn nice work you did there. Good show.

Thanks guys,
I will include more than just the top ten if a game is popular, I just didn't want 30 pictures/scores the first week from each player. Five every third or fourth day, per person will keep me busy.

I am going to start the ball rollling by clearing some of the asterisks* by my scores and send in the appropriate pictures:

Nice score on Flash! Too bad I can't post my high score from Flash. Then again, it is on the real machine rather than the VP version. But it is around 950,000 on the real machine, and it is sitting in my rec room! tongue3.gif

my score on the alien poker is on the normal version, not the multiball
kiss 687.220 RIP its me (ripleyyy) than change to MIC

and in the doc sheets, my son pseudo should be ADUKE here on the forum (quite sure, he's not home, will ask him asap), and yes he tags scores with ANT

No problem sticking the PDF files I'll see if ta8626/Tom would send the (2)vp8 files and the (1)vp9, as well
as well as the name/author chart.

Bolt/Andreas; I have your name correctly but the pdf column must have cut the end off, sorry!!
