Xio ,

I think you have another problem
These aren't even registering empty on the server ..
With Dedrok i can see all attempts....just some are empty...

To all ,

No need to put the failing ones in the thread. By examing the logfiles from dedrok i came to the conclusion that sending goes fine.
I'm now searching the internet on php $_post sometimes empty.

Seems i'm not the only one having this issue but a solution is not quite easily found ...

What could be wrong ? I just tried with disabling Firewall, same thing (thumb up, no score). What could stop sending the score ?

I did see 2 empty enties at 20.55 and 21.02 on 5min mode.... Could be yours.....with firewall off.....you could check if one of the programs isn't allowed on internet in the firewall

I've been hesitant to chime in on this, because everytime i've said "hey it works" i jinx myself and it doesn't but i have to share what i did to get my scores posted everytime i play.......

I used to get the same problem. play a game, get the thumbs up, but no score on website.

The thing that did it for me, I'm a Vista user, is the Error Reporting options under Control Panel.  I set them to Full on for all programs and users.  Not find a solution to the problem, just the reporting function itself.  Ever since i did that my scores post 100%..

Hope this helps.....

I could be wrong but to me that sounds like a workaround for when VP crashes.

If the error report screen shows, it won't post. It can get in the way of pinemhi and because any kind of moving off screen, alt tabbing is classed as a cheat.

I'd rather turn error reporting off or even better make sure these tables are not crashing VP exit. Mainly down to the exit key, directB2S, wrong version for table.

I elimimated the error screen when exiting VP in Pinemhi by changing the exit from Esc to the tilde character. Now no more crashes when exiting VP and my scores post.  My problems with scores not posting actually started when i turned error reporting off. Go figure......

But all is fixed now , you are now at level 6 and ready for another challenge.

Thanks again,

HI guys,

Just going to chime in and say that I changed my FS executable from VP9.14 to VP v442(not quite the newest) and also found a great performance increase as well, not perfect, but pretty good.  So a big shout out to Chepas, thanks BRO.  I listed my alt as VP9.14.

I still have to play with HR off on most DMD tables except for the 80s tables, but multiball is much better and not as choppy, getting much better framerates FPS.

Was able to post a CV score, and a couple more scores that werent posting before.  I get really bad lag during the JOIN the CIRCUS round 3 with multiball and all the lamps flashing.  I tried turning of the lamps, but it turns them all off so I had to change it back.  I wonder if the original startup had a flashing lights ON/OFF option on startup for Cirqus Voltaire?

Anyone playing with an older computer, and an ATI card, I was able to get a good looking table without missing graphics or Green/White, and HR OFF on FS 1920x1080 16bit which is a great performance increase for those with that type card.

Im just happy to compete on the full game, havent tried the 5min mode yet!, still working on getting respectable scores on the tables that will post.

CHEERS and keep up the good fight DNADisturber, and others!!

Greetings I was troubleshooting every full screen game to make sure it opens in PINemHI and the (rol) was correct and I cannot seem to find the GNR/Gunz n Roses FS version.  I have downloaded a 1.0 and 1.1 version but the words are different than what the games.xml show in PINemHI folder; it has a simple

Guns And Roses with no FS indication.  I am asuming someone released a  different full screen version than what is listed here under GNR.

Can someone send me a link or advise as to changing the file name if necessary?

Thanks

EDIT:  OK I renamed the GNR 1.1 version listed here under FS downloads to 'Guns And Roses' and now it loads in PINemHI.  I'll try to post a score, if it is a different FS table than others have then let me know!!

Nice one, you're welcome. It does seem you can have some trouble with table lag, the latest version will help and plus if you drop down to a 720p 32bit resolution your fps should go right up again too. I know it's hard to drop the resolution down because you want the best look.

I'm guessing some tables don't run so well as others can and some will be fine in 1080 some not so good. I have not long finished up a profile manager for VP/FP, that will definatley be of some use to you. You make your profiles and you can have seperate settings for any table when it loads.

examples:

Profile1- lower res , lower alpha

Profile2 - 1080 full whack

Profile3 - 1080, FXAA enabled, Full Alpha

Any setting :db:  You get the picture, I'll pm you the gui tomorow.

This is the right one i believe.....was posted on hyperspin website
Changing the filenames shouldn't be done.....if something changes in filenames or version of a table i change it in the frontend (xml file)
This to make sure everybody plays the same table.
