No, but during game launch it is detecting rom as well, and if thats on window namexas well, it is failing

I'm just launching a table. And sure its working, but PBX could expect vpinmame, but wit latest 3.6 it wouldn't reconize it, but already send Tom Speirs the fix, so hope it will be released soon

Idk, don't know the code of PBC, but knows is was adding it to the log

Are you using PinHiEm as a plugin?

it does let you, i dont use it because i have PinHi so seems redundant

Pinballx is using pinemhi to grab highscores and store them. On my real dmd it shows them during attract mode.
I use Scutters his pinemhi launcher, but thats not using anything from pinemhi itself (only the webpages that DNADisturber created for us)

Ah see, i dont have that even installed, since pinhi tells me on the overlay anyways.

Plus i rarely have scores worth remembering

I thought it is a default function of PinballX.
it will show the tables highscore, nit the Pinemhi leaderboards one (from the overlay).
Just a nice feature, but if PinMame new release breaks it wnd we know how to fix it, why not letting tom know ?

Yes that will probably be also affected in frontends.
not sure as to how they get the romname for this but easiest would be the windowtitle (then they use that to get the names using pinemhi to display)

So double entries now for game matching ? With and without vpinmame in the name ?
I will check with latest vpinmame if all still works in pinballX as well

No double entries required as i will adjust the pinemhi_rom_monitor to detect if it has the Vpinmame:  in front of the romname and trim it if necessary to only the romname

looks like, and i could be wrong, you just copy your pinhi stuff to the PinballX folder

I'm too lazy. I let the developer fix it
PinballX 6.03 released with the workaround in it for PineMhi so all roms can be translated again.

Very cool new feature!   Thanks @DNA for your efforts to make PinemHi even more entertaining. Unfortunately it doesn't really work for me completely yet. I tried it on two different tables and it works great and is really fun. But it doesn't submit the score for the weekly challenge (STNG). Logfile tells me:

you could change it in the script table to the sttng_l7
