Well, I don't have that luck with multiball.
I must have the score from raising the jackpot and hit the jackpot
Is there a way to earn an extra ball ?

Shame this modified ROM flakes out as far as the display goes

Maybe i will try the demon fire one.

It functions OK, but looks weird

 

it's kinda flashing all of those things at same time, kinda hard to show in a picture i guess

 

And this is toxies latest vpm 3.3 build too.

It does play just fine far as i can tell though

For the people who wants to do the new challenge Mustang and using Pinmame 3.3b and uses mt_145hc.nv as rom, change the following lines in pinenhim.ini :

"Mustang Limited Edition (V1.45) (Colored)=mt_145hc.nv" to "Mustang Limited Edition (V1.45) (Colored MOD)=mt_145hc.nv"
otherwise the game is not recognized (and I had a good score   )

@DNADisturber, now that you have 3 keys assigned (leaderboard challenge and weekly challenge), is it a way to combine those key ?
I'm running PBX and want to assign a button for the normal challenge. But running VPX, I want to see the leaderboard . Assigning the same keys/buttons won't work.
Any work around for it, or will get leaderboard messed up ?
My issue is ... I'm running out of buttons on my cab !

Does your controller have a shift key function? or mod key if you will?

like press button one it sends A
hold mod and press button 1 and it sends B?

No, it is just an joystick controller with 15 buttons assigned. 4 button assigned for flippers, 2 buttons assigned to coin chutes, 4 buttons for rom/system adjustment, 1 start, 1 launch, 1 buy pay in ball, 1 exit and 1 button left for any actions.
I can use an keyboard, but that will remove the magic of the pinball machine

Not necessary.

Go old school MAME style
take an old keyboard and map out the matrix for a few buttons
solder in a few wires, connect up some buttons, could even be small momentary ON buttons
and poof, done.

My old original mame cabs still use that as the controllers to this day

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE IS MUSTANG

Maybe i can let people choose the same key / button for the normal challenge and leaderboard.
As you can only use leaderboard inside a game and normal challenge outside of a game

I'll see what i can do....

Ok, just tested it, it already works...

Just set your challengekey and leaderboard key to the same key / button in pinemhi.ini

Do not do that with the weeklychallenge key as it is active while in a game and outside a game !

I bet you tried the "weeklychallengekey" with the "key" as the same   ........let me know if it works for you setting  "challengekey" and "key" to the same button

 

Glad you like the weeklychallenge, and yes totally random pick from all available games from pinemhi leaderboard

 

The senior challenge is the same but you just have to look at the last 2 places on the board and see who won....you or me

No, I used the Key and the challengekey on the same. (just checked in the backup)
EDIT : Dumb me ... I checked a table that wasn't supported by leaderboard   
just launched and worked indeed.
I never used my 'pause' button, so that is now used for starting the challenge and to see the leaderboard. Weekly challenge, I need to do from website !

(or scutters can create a plugin for that in PBX  )

Thanks again for adding the weekly challenge competition DNA...  it's even more fun when you win! 

 

One future suggestion from me would be to have a page 2 on the weekly leaderboard popup showing just friend scores (if you have any of course). More users needed first though, come on people get signed up!
