By the way, this is my favorite Visual Pinball X table to play and my go to Pinball VPX table when I want to show off my pinball machine.

That always feels great to hear:):):):)

Easy to figure out.  My daughter finally beat the AI.  It only got 265k..........I think it's starting to feel sorry for us humans.

So I have a question for the community. Out of all of you that had the chance to play the latest release...

*Were any of you "not" able to figure out how to navigate the U.I.?

*If you did how obvious or evident was it on the first try?

*If it wasn't clear and you couldn't figure it out did you try and read the directions?

Any suggestions or critiques are always welcome.

Thanks again for all the enthusiastic and great comments. Always a pleasure.

The U.I. is very comfortable and easy to use and the LED indicators on the left side are great help. - I like it.

The language change is also working great.

There is one thing (like on all other tables with options), when you did not play the table for some time and come back to it, you have to remember that there are options and what keys are assigned to them.
So maybe it could be a suggestion to show the available options permanent on the game cards. Or as another example for a few seconds on the playfield after the table is loaded.

The little lights on the side remind me of an electronic handheld race game my sister and I had called redlight greenlight. The sounds must have driven my parents crazy during car rides.

This is probably the first table from that era I will show my friends who don't know any tables..well done.
Look at the excitement of those kids! I gave my tiger DuckTales game to my 2 yr old yesterday to stop her from hitting the launch button..I had another one of those games taken away in class once . I tried to turn it on at my desk after I finished a test early and I couldn't mute the sound until after it said today is a beautiful day for a ballgame between the Titans and the jammers..the jammers team leads off beep beep beep...

When the AI player looses the ball before it ever rolls through the flippers is that because of a tilt or is the program predicting ahead of time that the ball will be drained?

I Love the game.  I stumbled up on a forum member saying this was his favorite game so I downloaded it.  What a treat.

Playing this game makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck, this is genius-level stuff. Thanks for the continual development and updates, much appreciated! Any new solo projects you're working on?

Interesting fact for me is that this table has a two graphics options set outside of the "regular default". For me and my video drivers, it ends up with a VP crash for the latest 10.6. But, If I jump only one revision back there is no issues. So, solution is to open the table and change those options to default, save and enjoy. Might be other out there with the same issue. I should probably inform devs in more detail of this finding.

Drilled it down to be that I can't run with 'screenspace reflectinons' enabled on the latest release. It might just be my video drivers - I expect there is a lot of guys that option enabled and are fine.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

Working fine here, but not many video options turned on as I have a 4K monitor and don't think many options are needed (maybe wrong here??)  I have seen that problem before on tables though, very strange.  I always fixed it by changing video options and/or updating VP version.  I do think there is something going on with video options and crashes, just very hard to reproduce. :)

3rdaxis,

I just played this for the first time today - downloaded it months ago, but didn't get a chance to load it into my cab - and I have to tell you - I'm totally blown away with how COOL it is!!!

Love the A.I. feature and all the other things you added!

Thanks for making my day with this!

Uff! It finally works! Had an incomplete ROM yesterday and overall, I'm a Beginner in VPX. I had some fun with Future pinball 8 and 2 years ago. VPX is much better, but also much more difficult to handle.

Very, very good game! Visual quality, additional sounds and A.I. are great! Thanks for making this possible. Firepower rocks, with or without AI.

Could someone please recommend me more Pinball tables that have the same visual quality on a 4K screen as Firepower, Xenon, Arabian nights or Flintstones? I don't want to try out a hundred tables that do not look good on 4K.

Cheers

Bern

Sorry to say. But, you will end up with hundreds of tables that do look good in 4k. ;)

This table is awesome but I do have a problem. I can beat it on Legendary almost every time because the AI tilts the table constantly. I noticed an old revision says that was cured but it definitely does it all the time. The only way to "cure" that is to set the nudge to 0 in the script. It beats my ass then but it seems strange to see it play so awesomely and then lose a slow ball over an outlane rail that even I'd have saved.

So I currently have nudge "off" but it doesn't seem right.
