Hey everyone,

So the good news, after being stuck at the border for a couple of days and missing the last shipment to my closest post office by about 1 hour on Friday, I have finally just received the kit.

The bad news? Nothing wrong with the kit, but time is against me as I am leaving tomorrow to visit my mom near Winnipeg (by car, she is 23 hours away from where I live!). I will try and plug this in tonight and give a report but the likelihood is that I am going to install this on my return June 5th.

If family duties can clear up tonight, I will try my best to install it and report back.

Sounds great, looking forward for your review.

Noah, Can you make video where we can see it all in action? Plunger and Nudge?

Yes, of course. Just a bit of time needed ...

Noah, please could you remember to post the dimensions of the plunger shroud when youi get chance. Might be best to post it on the product page.

Cheers! :drinks:

Noah,

Do you ship with the necessary bolts/nuts?

Because here in Europe it's hard to find U.S. bolts/nuts.

Thanks

P.s. did you find time for the nudging video?

Will do.

Support for the plunger kit has been added to make it plug and play (thank you, koadic!).

You'll find them in the Download Section under the Standalone EXE file for 914 and 915.

Hi everyone,

FYI, I got it installed and the auto calibration seems to work pretty darn good. It's nice to see that little cursor being still and not jumping around all over the place.  Unfortunately, I can't test or tweak it properly as I need to catch a plane, but will do so in one week's time.

Chow!

Rob

So to be clear, you added the code to VP to support the ability to setup the VirtuaPin controller in Preferences>Keys like the PBW can be setup?

Your changes won't cover all the tables out there that need to be updated to include your awesome custom analog plunger code. This will still have to manually added to the specfic tables.

I know this for a fact as koadic has been so kind in the past to update specific, older tables with his custom analog plunger code.

An example would be the Kiss FS table won't work out of the box with the analog plunger, the code needs to be updated to support the PBW or the Virtupin plunger. There are many other older tables like ths. Just needs to be put out there.

Yes, the docs that come with the new board/plunger show how to set it up with FP.

Hi,

Is there still none who can make a review?

Would also love to se the nudge in action in an actual game?

I installed my new plunger/nudge kit from virtuapin today and I have to say it works perfectly! On the settings page the crosshairs stay in the dead center of the box and are rock solid. This was absolutely NOT the case with the nanotech piece of crap I took out. The crosshairs were constantly moving. This new kit was easy to install and get up and running in my cab. I did not install it exactly as recommended. I installed it right side up on the bottom of my cab and it's working great. Super happy with this Paul! Thanks Nick

Hey Noah, did you get chance to take those measurements yet?

Sorry to hassle you but if it's a bit of a deal breaker if it won't fit in my cab.

Cheers man :drinks:
