I am trying to play Attack from mars but i am getting the message "No VP9 alt executable found" when i try to run it.I am using the afm_113b rom and the game works fine outside of pinemhi.Any idea what the problem might be?

Yes it's not a problem..
You can use 2 different vpinball exe versions.
As this table needs vpinball914 exe or newer i already filled it in as vp9 alt.
There are two ways to get the table working.
1 if you only use 1 vpinball exe you could put the same exe in vp9alt in the ini-file
2 remove all text from the line where it says alternate in the file games.xml under attack from mars

This should get it working for you

I cant see to run this.  I set up the ini file with the paths to VP and my user and pass.  I try and play attack from mars, just sits there.  If I try and run PINemHi_Leaderboard.exe it crashes my Win7x64 right away (says it has stopped working).

 

If I click on Start PinemHi_leaderboard FS it runs and I try and pick attack from mars, just sits there at a "golden rules" screen.   Should it run the table?

 

 

I have turned off UAC.

Yes , it should run the table.You could try to set all exe's to run as administrator...hopefully that should do the trick.
That would be start pinemhi leaderboard , pinemhi_leaderboard and your vpinball executable.

Pinemhi_leaderboard.exe should never be run...always use start_pinemhi_leaderboard
And another tip set your exitbutton to "e" or another letter but not to Esc as this causes somewhat trouble with submitting the scores.

Let me know if it worked setting them to administrator

I Found the AFM version for VP9 didn't run very well on my laptop so i have given up on the challenge! Tried the megapin version and that plays a lot better for me.

Ok so i started challenge.AFM VP8. Achieved the requirement.Got the submit score screen and the thumbs up score submitted,but no sign of it on the site?

 

Update - Had another good score and this has submitted ok

Do you have the exitbutton set to Esc?

You can now earn badges for certain accomplishments.
The badges can be found by clicking on the link on www.pinemhi.com/hiscores.php

The number of badges that you can get at the moment is 33.
I also put them in the userinfo page so that you can see there how many of the 33 you got.

I checked and I have a 5 minute mode badge as expected

 

Can you add one for Dracula? Loop champion maybe? After all, this table has the best physics and deserves a badge to be played for.

Haha you just want an extra badge...as you have 17 loops in drac.....
I'm sure i will add more in the future...this one will probably have a badge as well

Yeah that's true I have 17 but that isn't an awfull lot. I keep meaning to reset nv so i can start fresh with it. Make it a bit harder than 17 though.
