Had an awesome game. Focussed on the Picard maneuver and had 4 warp 9s with one warp 9.9. Ended just over 10 billion

I like to choose warp 4 at the start as warps really build the score quickly. Plus you get extra ball lit after 4 shots.

Ok guys, you got great scores. I'm far away from them this week. So that's not my table, but I like to play him. :-)

Congratulation to Thalamus for fantastic 12B. I think, I know, which table he choose for the next week.

Woke up with a hope of still being at the top this morning. Was met with a pic from GtxJoe passing 10B, and I saw I still had posts to read through, Phew - its not like I haven't been trying to win and put the next table up ... :-)

Damn, I didn't notice that Ded posted that 3.1B - well, don't believe I would have been able to get him anyway. Now I cross my fingers and coughs ... Fun.....

First, congratulations to everyone participating and of course to GtxJoe for great runners up score. I believe that if you just have put a few balls and started the modes from the left flipper ( much safer ) in between the Picards of yours, and maybe let low scoring modes like Asteroids and Time Warp time out, you would have beaten me.

So, there are several reason for me to choose the next table. First, I have a big love/hate relationship with Rudy. Don't know how much money I've spent on the machine, but, I often left, broke and very annoyed. I've tilted this table a good deal more than any other for sure.

I find this community effort with Wrd1972 in the driving seat to be a jewel, almost as good as Diner in fact. Personally I've saved it, almost unplayed ( since the latest updates ) in my cab, waiting for it to come up in this weekly challenge. Maybe that is why I got extra annoyed at a picking made a couple of weeks ago ;-) ... sorry.

So, you all knew it ... next weeks challenge is going to be Funhouse. Its about time we pick a game from the early 90'.

Good luck guys.

Congrats to Thalamus with 12+ billion score! After I hit 10 billion, I played another 5-6 games but couldn't even break 1 billion.

Trying to complete.modes for me was frustrating. I would brick a shot and end up with outline drain.

Let's see how Rudy treats us. Good luck all

I would like to see you guys not get spanked by Rudy. ;)

So here are some tips for big FH scores:

1. Million plus - Start Midnight Multiball (locking 2nd ball) and keep hitting the million plus shots into the trap door once you have put the 3rd ball in Rudy's mouth. Once you make a TD shot, shoot a ball up the main ramp to re-open the trap door for a another multi-millions shot. Every time you do this, the millions greatly increase. Million plus ends when you have drained your 2nd ball.

2. Start a Frenzy (250K per target) or even better a Super Frenzy ((500K per target))  just before you put the 3rd ball in Rudys mouth. Key is to have multi-ball going at this time and if you do it right, you can rack up multi-millions in very short order. Try to get the ball to the pop-bumpers as much as possible during the Frenzy modes.

3. Keep hitting the Gangways to light the extra ball shots. Left gangway is by far easier than the right. Just like the real thing.

Good luck...Slick. :)

I made two games and in both games there is a bug. All three ball stucks and don't get out.

I nudge the table, but that doesn't change anything. I can only end the table.

Have experienced some troubles there myself. But, after a nudge for me, it has always come loose. Have you changed any z-values in the table ? I run

10,40,60,270,0.95,1.14,1,-47,13,-450

And, thank you the tips ... Chuckie - Spunky - Bucko - Buddy - Buster - Biff .. aaah, Bill :-)

I tested it with your settings and it is the same. Midnight-modus with three balls in the lock and they didn't come out. Can only stop the table.

Maybe wrd1972 can solve this problem.

So it makes no sense for me to play at the moment. :bye2:

No, I stand corrected. Just played and this time it happened to me as well. If the ball is not coming out during normal play, it doesn't get out during ball search either.

Guess the best thing we can do is to hope for a fix.

Whoah - looking at the problem already. 09:00 right now at the east-coast.

Guys try this. Go to layer 1 and get the kicker disk prim. Mark it NON-colidable. I am not optimistic that this is the problem. But it is of concern. "Toy" should be checked.Reply back ASAP. I gotta get my ass to work. :)

One more thing. I feel the most confident about this one. Change the flipper strength to 400:

You not supposed to give all the rules tips till later in the week.
Nothing like racking up 11 or 12M jackpots. They just keep climbing.

Started out trying the most confident tip and so far it has been working great. I know this answer came a bit late, wife called on me - and you know how that is.

I change the settings as wrd1972 told and play a few games. Till now I don't have that error. But I will test a few games more.

By the way: At the start of a game, always "Gangway 150.000" flashes. Is that correct? I think, it must start with 75.000?
