if you want the boogie men to dance, you have to switch it on in the ROM set up, there's an option in the ROM menus to switch them on.
Thanks man! I didn't know that! It's working now! + Thanks for the nice update!

Alrighty, I got the culprit regarding the sound distortion.
It's the "glass_hit" sounds. They play when hitting the Leapers and are supposed to simulate - who'd have thought it - the Leapers hitting the glass. Just delete the three sounds with "glass_hit" in their name and save the table.

I'll take a look at the glass_hit sounds in case there is something strange on them. They work really nice in my computers, and they are the same sounds we used in the old take. It may be about the sound card not being able to handle many sounds at the same time (I though this was a thing of the past).

Now that you say it, I recall having sound distortion problems in your old table as well.

I had problems with the sound on the VP8 version. They would all play fast, like chipmunk speed. When VP9 came out I exported the sounds, converted them, and re-imported them back in and then I could finally play it. I think my soundcard didn't like they were set at 22 Khz instead of 44.1 khz.

Great update JP, the new reduced version 1.1 runs perfectly here at 1600x1200x16 bit when I had to goto 1280x1024x16 bit on version 1.0 and it looks even better.

thanks for the update JP, the flippers came back.. but it also coulda been me updating from vp902 to 907. I figured out how to remove the bones anyway tho as they seem to lag behind the flippers.
Is there any chance of Monster Bash coming to vp9 ??
Any hints on the next vp9 table youre working on ??

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. ... God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion; what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms." -- Thomas Jefferson to William Stephens Smith, 1787

HEY EVERYONE!!!! I found the problem with the sound issues!!!!!
Go into the "scared stiff" Table Menu...at the far left-hand-upper corner of the table, you will find the "Pinmame Timer"...The timer is set to *1* and the TIMER ENABLED is not checked...."CHECK" on it, then save the table!!!!
When I did this, there was no sound problems anymore...and I played the table for over half and hour!!!!
Hope this helps...

Richard.
P.S.--JPSalas, check your table about this too...Hope it helps!!!
