About the Flippers ( Slam23 )

They are adjusted to the real Machine, but you have to find a good middleway.
I can make each shot easy to manage, but other things will not work anymore, or not that good.
For example the Flipover between the Flippers. So I think the Values are not to easy ( rampshots ) and not too
hard ( Castleshots ), but every function including the Flipover is given.

But If you donīt like them...hey...change the Values for yourself smile.gif

Iīm glad that all of you like the table. Maybe a Nominee for the Table of the Year smile.gif smile.gif

Thanks to all

GRONI

Hi Groni,
Thanks for responding! It's me then, perhaps I played some other tables too much and got used to the behaviour of those flippers. I knew you would have fiddled around with the flipper settings before settling on these, so now I just have to get used to them, especially if Bolt can score that many points there must be something right with them wink.gif
Greetings Slam23

Did you know that "playing pinball" is called "flipperen" in Dutch? Now you know and may your life be enriched by this arcane knowledge....

I like the flipper settings, it is a little difficult to shot the right outlane.

In my last game, i played round about 1 hour, i got in my last ball a bug. The ball stops in the damselramp roundlane and i must "TILT" the Ball (damnet shok.gif ).

Now after approx. 1 Hour fantastic gameplay i will say: THE TABLE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST TABLE EVER"

Grand Champion: AS 452.371.060

Castle Champion: AS 10, Joust Champion: AS 10, Catapult Champion: AS 7

Peasant Champion: AS 10, Damsel Champion: AS 8, Troll Champion: AS 23

Kings Of The Realm: 1. AS

Wow! That's a great score bolt! Well done! smile.gif

My personal best on v. 1.2 of this table on factory settings, except that tournament play is turned on is:

Grand Champion: VOR 350.626.540

Castle Champion: VOR 9, Joust Champion: VOR 11, Catapult Champion: VOR 6

Peasant Champion: VOR 7, Damsel Champion: VOR 7, Troll Champion: VOR 38

Madness Champion: VOR 28.050.000

Kings Of The Realm: 1. VOR

Good job Groni! This table plays very fast, especially during multi-ball. Thanks for turning off GI, as well as any other methods used for efficiency. cool.gif

that's an excellent table, with better ball physic IMHO. About the angle of view, well, that's a new version, so, it's part of the novelty . i like it.
The hole & capture sequence are easier to obtain, and still what for a damsel ramp wink.gif !

I got a strange problem with it : in the "royal madness"/extraball/troll sequence of lights , i can see only 3 lights "on" : joust madness, peasant and damsel (less than the previous 2) . the other , including extraball & trolls lights are never lit, that's strange ... (i've intalled the deffo table with vp 9.0.3, vbs scripts are up to date).

strange problem. I have all the lights on at all time. Try to delete the NVRAM of the Table, in the NVRAM folder. Maybe it fixes the error.

Hey Guys

After I played the real Pin today for a couple of hours, i must agree, that my Flipper Settings are not adjusted right.

I already changed the Settings, and it feels just like the Machince i have played.

Also I realised two more things I have missed to add.

1. A Gate behind the Right Joust Orbit Gate, that slow down the ball after kicking out from Merlin. ( Now Added )

2. Three little Stars around the Ball Saver Star that lights with the big Star. ( Now Added )

I will give the Table some more play tests, and then I will release the Update.

Groni,
This table is too hard to play ... I played it many times, I think the ball is very fast near the flipers.
I'm sweating to make a few points ... It is a great difficulty to hit the ramp or target I want ... sad.gif

I think the table isn't too hard to play. On my first game I made over 170 Million points and I'm not a very good player. Groni's version seems to me a bit easier than JP's version, but both are absolutely great. Thanks for these recreations!B)

Greetings,
Manfred

Added the Ball Saver three little Star Lights surround the Big red Star Light

Enhanced the Flippersettings to the Machine I have played

Added 1024 Backdrop, for People who play with HW Off.

Groni,
If you had the opportunity of playing in these baby live ... you're a lucky man ... But you can see one thing: When the ball leaves the castle on the left ... and the right too. It didn't hit the rubber band below (I do not know the name of it in English). It falls straight in the flipers.
See the picture what happens on the table ... but shouldn't happen.
Greetings! smile.gif

That's called a 'slingshot', 'slingshot kicker', 'bumper', or a 'kicking rubber'. Depending on who you ask. smile.gif
