The latest firmware is at the bottom of cyclemat's first post over at [site reference removed] (this forum wont allow me to link it). If you use his batch files things will go smoothly.

This site won't allow linking, because it's a banned site. Please refrain from working around our filters.

Also, please come up with a new username. Your current name may be offensive to some of our members. PM me your new name ASAP. Thank you.

No need to change my name. "Name pending" sounds fine to me.
Although I really can't see the big fuzz about my username here. I think people get offended too easy about everything these days. Or maybe not, people are too scared that they might offend someone these days.

Anyhow, the last time I checked the thread on this forum was not as updated as the one on the other site.
Now it seems to be up to date though.
But like parabolic I would also like to know why it's banned. It's not like I was advertising or anything, It's just that it was highly relevant to the topic in this thread.

Since the first day I opened this site, it has been clear in our policy, that we will not link to sites containing any hacks or unauthorized mods.

The site is banned for hosting hacks and unauthorized mods, along with blatantly disrespecting every single person who's made our hobby possible (Randy Davis, Chris Leathley, and the entire VPM team) and me. The site was DESIGNED to host hacks and unauthorized mods.

The admin can even be seen posting on PN how the community would be better off if I were dead. Who does that?

As for the name, it was inappropriate. I think you know that. We're a family oriented community. While it didn't offend me, it could easily be offensive to many of our members. We strive to be respectful to every member here.

So I have the latest download with all the files in there... Which batch file to run first? Im a bit confused by his broken english.

Sorry for the late reply.

IHe has included a text-document that I believe is pretty accurate.

First you flash the main chip using the arduino usb-port.
Then you have to use an external programmer like an usbasp, you can use another arduino or if you have some other external programmer. It's pretty easy to make a lpt-programmer.
With the external programmer you flash the small serial chip next to the usb-port on your arduino. There's an isp-header next to it.
After that all you need to do is change the id of your arduino(ledwiz) to whatever suits your needs.

The batch files included are pretty foolproof.
