How do you reduce it?

Here is the Backdrop.

Save it to your HD.
Open VP Table
Go to the Image Manager
Choose the Backdrop
click on "Reimport from"
Choose the new Backdrop

I switched to backdrop2009 and now it works.
What is the difference between these backdrops?

That's good and better than backdrop2009.
Thank you GRONI for your support and also for your fabulous tables.

Groni, thanks for the improvements and unlocking the table. Still plays smooth as silk. By the way, just wondering if you're still working on Fish Tales for VP9. I would really like to see you complete that table as well. Thanks for all your hard work and time you spend on making these visually stunning tables. MIKE

The existing VP8 Version is good, alas, the battlefield paddle is a bit dodgy. At least I enjoyed my first Secret Laugh Mode!

Really? Is shooting the Inner Sanctum and The Battlefield such a SDTM magnet in the real pin? Adds a lot of challenge to the game.

Nice work, Groni!

I have a problem trying to run this table. Each time I got this message "Could not create offscreen surface" and the game won't run.

Try reducing the screen resolution for the game (if 1024x768 works then try a step higher).

Hi Groni,

i found a ball problem on your table. The silverball stops in the ramp after playing the little table in the left corner .

It looks superb... but personally I don't like the gameroom/wall backdrop at all. Using the backglass is the only option for me... just a taste thing of course but having an alternative classic backdrop would be nice...!!

PS: I have a weird transparency issue with the backdrop/side rails and apparently the apron gets "drawn in front" over the lockbar...!! I haven't been around much lately so I could have some outdated files... like old VP9 version.

Great to see another version of The Shadow in VP clapping.gif This is a somewhat underrated table. It has great table layout and modes (and that awesome Battlefield), fast play, cool DMD animations and minigame, and great use of samples from the movie.

I've played the real table quite a lot in recent years in my local arcade, so I'll give this more than a few credits' play.

Cheers!
