You really churn them out and all of them are quality stuff.  What's your secret? Minions?

Bram Stoker's Dracula really should be played at night

Have you tried the GI8 / BMPR mod or are you using JP's original table?  The GI8 mod I made a while back is definitely more darker and has lot's of lighting upgrades although done in drawn / PhotoShop style vs. additive alpha ramp / flasher objects (pros and cons).  I'd paste a link but that seems too much like high-jacking so I'll leave it just at the question / confirmation as to which table version one you are referring to / play.

 

Jimmy, yeah I use your version as I believe it's the best.  Didn't mean to cause offense but I thought it could benefit from an even darker treatment!

No offense, no worries.  Just curious as a lot of people it seems still have kept their daily driver as JP's original tables for which I based by few GI8 mods.

 

That video is cool and I like the lighting as well as the general ambient lighting being as low as it is in the room as it appears was the case in that video.  I love that when all the lights go out it's practically pitch black, however, that aspect just can't be done in VP at the moment as there are two many objects that are not dynamic / reactive to the lighting. Even with additive alphas, there are still lot's of objects that aren't changing with the lighting (rubbers, pegs, rails / ramps, most primitives / toys, etc.).  Maybe down the road in VP11 or 12 environmental / volumetric lighting will be possible, but until it is, lighting like that video just can't be fully mimicked in VP.

Yea I wish but like Jimmy said as of now we can't.. maybe in unity soon but not VP... I can do something tho

I'd like to put my vote in for WCS94 as well, it's a great looking table and has good game play but is currently bright for my tastes and could benefit from new alpha flashers.

Also zany made a primitive soccer ball with specular shell that might work a bit nicer than the current primitive.

Cool I will check it out.. Working on CC atm  Reshaping all these insert lights pain in the butt...

Well LW....I have faith in you to do the best that can be done with the current state of VP. You are my man...and I look forward to each and everything you tackle and really appreciate you and all the other authors who continue to provide those of us who aren't as talented with all these new and improved tables.

I can't even figure out a simple mod I've been working on and lw cranks these out so effortlessly(it seems) I know it's a ton of work so again I will say thank you loadedweapon! Your the night God! You should change your name to EREBOS if that is God of darkness? Not sure

Thanks guys I wish I knew just half of what it took to make a table and im hoping vp10 helps that. What I do takes time but very little skill.. more of an art maybe. I can do just enough in Photoshop and know just enough about the script and table to do the mods. I do enjoy it tho

Yes, every time a new WOW expansion comes out, VPF is rock solid, very fast site.  I thought it was weird but whatever, then I put 2 + 2 together ...

You crazy loafer... Cactas Canyon is almost finished maybe Saturday as I won't get to work on it tonight I need to take the wife out for awhile but I will try to post a pic later then take a look at WCS. I would like to do TZ as well I think and maybe even TaF

Problem with TAF is the most recent (best) version is by Melon which was never officially released and since Melon is MIA the table has no permission to mod sanctioned.
