@twisty - Thanks, but we wouldn't be able to use any of those packages. We'd get booted again tongue.gif

You mean because of bandwidth, or...? Like I said, you could easily customize a plan with them - no prob. That's what we did.

PS: How many gigs/month do ya do here anyway?

Okay, folks, here's the deal...

I feel our current host has seriously dropped the ball on us. I want the best damn site performance I can bring you guys, so we are moving again ... yes, I said it, AGAIN!

My current download speeds are never better than 80KB/sec, and I live in the same country as our server! So, I can only apologize for the slow crap they've tried to pass off as good hosting.

This may take us offline for a day while we propagate, but after dealing with this new company's 5-star service rep and testing their download speeds, I know it'll be worth it!

I do apologize for any inconvenience and advanced withdrawals this may cause, but I know we will ALL be much happier with the end result!

No need to apologize Noah. Fast or slow this site still rocks. And we all know that you will always do the best that you can to keep this site the best that it can be. Looking forward to the move. You have spoiled me with the lighting fast speeds in the past, But I can do with a happy medium too.

Thanks again for all that you do for this growing community.

You're at the level that you need a dedicated server, no getting around this.

Nah.

There's always alternatives. Even so, a dedicated that yields 80KB/sec downloads is not for us.

I found us a reasonable package to 'grow' with.
