Love the updates, JP! Absolutely stellar work and I update all new tables first thing every morning :)

I do wish the file names inside the ZIP files would not change between versions as that would make things much easier in the front end (since all media, statistics etc. would be kept between versions and you could simply overwrite the old table version with the new one without having to update anything in the front end) but I'm sure there's a logistical reason behind this so I'm happy to do this manually.

One thing I noticed since a while back is on the Harley Davidson table: there's typos with the spelling of Salt Lake City ("Sakt Lake City") on the backwall. In case you want to update this, I'm attaching a photoshopped version here: https://www.swisstra...d4-e61c9ccb63a6

Looking forward to the next round of updates!

And it is uploaded :D

The next and final updates will be tomorrow, and they are the 68 tables from the 80's :)

If I may offer a differing opinion: I love it when the table file names include the version number. Whenever I haven't updated my cab in a while, one glance at my Tables folder tells me if a table available for download is a newer version or not without having to open the table first.

Thanks for the FlexDMD updates JP, all 6 tables work fine.
However after further investigation, I must apologize, it was only Mago de Oz that was messed up and the others were my problem (UTF-8 was on).
Sorry about that.

Question for you. On some of your tables I want to brighten the sideblades but I'm having a hard time figuring out what element they are when selecting element to then brighten. What element are yours called (if the same for most of your tables). Dome call them pincab_blades others call them sidewalls. Hoping you can help!

So, am I understanding this correctly? All the tables that I have downloaded so far (version 6.0) have to be updated again????? I see some have 6.01...... I should learn from now to avoid downloading author's tables because they usually do another update the next day. This isn't too bad when it's just a couple of tables, but when it involves hundreds of tables, it is fustrating..... Just sayn.

@jaxpin it's just 6 tables with the .01 update. Pretty high horse to be sitting on to start complaining when freely provided tables are getting fixed.. Just saying.

My side blades are made with two thin walls at the sides of the tables. They usually have an image called "sidewall", "bladeL", "bladeR" or similar. They are grouped in a collection called aSideBlades. To lighten up them you may change the material from plastic darker, to plastic dark or simply plastic. But this may be different from table to table :) Not all the tables were made at the same time, so I have used different materials and image names :) But the sideblades are always two thin walls, usually wall8 and wall9, but again, that may be different on other tables.

So, am I understanding this correctly? All the tables that I have downloaded so far (version 6.0) have to be updated again????? I see some have 6.01...... Don't worry this is a hobby :) If you think it is a lot of trouble to download 6 tables then don't :) The errors weren't very great, and only 2 of them the tables crashed when the highscore routine started, due to changes in the script when updating the code from an old version to a new one. But don't worry, I don't think that next year I'll update the tables to version 7.00 :D I think they are as good as they can be without turning them into monster tables with 500mb of sounds and graphics ;)

And as always, if you find an error then write it here or in the Support Thread of the table, and I'll fix it as soon as I can.

So long there are 8 tables which needed to be updated to rev 6.0.1, due to some errors:

Gargamel_Park_v601.vpx
Harley Davidson (Bally - 1991) v601.vpx
JP's Ghostbusters Slimer v601.vpx
JP's Pokemon Pinball v601.vpx
JP's Space Cadet v601.vpx
Mago de Oz - the pinball v601.vpx
Serious Sam Pinball II v601.vpx
Summer Time (Williams 1972) v601.vpx

8 tables out of 272, not bad to be me :D It was quite worst last year when I had to reupload many tables up to 3 times due to errors in the playfield mesh, but at least I learned the hard way how to make those playfield meshes :D

All tables are now uploaded, remember to click on my signature's image to go directly to the download page for the tables.
