I've now got home and had a good look at the log, definite progress.

 

This version should process the on event straight away.  Once again, hard for me to test but all the logging is still in there, so when you are ready, give it a try and let me know.

I think you've got it! I played for about 10 minutes with 40ms delay and no retriggers yet! I'll try to do more extensive testing when I have more time, but so far it's looking good. Let me know if you still need logs.

 

This may also have the added benefit of keeping my solenoids from frying. I use the A1U stock solenoids and they tend to crap out after triggering too often for extended periods of time. My brother did this to them yesterday on my machine. Had to wait like 15 minutes before they were usable again lol

Well this is good news.  I would like to see one log from a successful run if you don't mind.  I'm keen to understand the issue more and try and determine if it actually happens elsewhere, perhaps to a lesser extent.

 

You can run the version you have with DEBUG=0 and it will behave as intended.  Keep watch out for the next release and change to that when its done to clean up the rest of the additional logging.

Thanks.  I don't see any game play or help flippers in the log.  When you get your more extensive testing done, if you don't mind, post another log so I can be sure - thanks.

I've been meaning to do this for a week or so, just been really busy.  Almost certainly will get to it this weekend, which starts early for me since I started my WFH today on Friday at about 5am - early start early finish ready for toy time!
