Awesome Job guys! It plays really well for me with no stuttering at all and hardware rendering turned off - I only noticed 1 minor graphic issue (the right ramp entrance). I even have onboard graphics.

QUOTE (GRONI @ Dec 29 2009, 10:11 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
The Table plays really smooth on my System! Nice Look and very very nice Ramps. A good Option for when
I need such an Ramp.

There is just one Bug till jet that I realized. See the Screenshot for Detail. A glitchy Bug on the "W" Logo.

5 Stars from me!

GRONI

Yeah, I caught that last night after releasing 1.0.1. I guess I'll be working on 1.0.2 some time today. I'll just use reels tongue.gif

I'm glad everyone is loving it AND can run it. I was worried for a while there when Reamus couldn't run it at all with the "z-surface" error.

Good graphics. Good view of the table. Ramps very well done. Excellent physics... one of the things that I think most important for a good gameplay. Impressive light effects!! In short, has become one of my favorite tables. smile.gif
Great job! Congratulations UR and Noah! tup.gif

Thanks for the table! Worship.gif

Big Thanks to my friend Hassanchop for this very nice dmd.

By gris, do you mean white?

I'm only thinking that because of Pinot Gris, but I'm going to run with it...

Select table1 in the editor and be sure the HD Render box is checked. If it isn't, check it, save the table, and restart VP.

If I'm wrong on the meaning of "gris" please post a screenshot.

Grat job guys! You two are making very very good tables. I like the transparent ramps, maybe I'll try something like that in my Cyclone...

Maybe you mean gray? It could be because you checked the Hardware Rendering box and play. When you check the HR box you must save the table, close it and reopen so that it works.

I'm excited about those as well. Noah and I want to finish Kingpin and T2, then I think Champion Pub will get some well deserved attention before TAF or IJ. wink.gif

Really fun and great looking! At first when I fired up, I got only black. Then I read the notes and dropped my resolution down to 1280x1024 and it worked. Nice job Noah and UncleReamus!

Just upgraded my cab PC's video card with one I won in an auction on ebay (9400 GT with 1 gig of ram). It's not a powerful card but it's doing the job just fine for both VP and FP (though FP doesn't look as good as it could).

ANYWAY, all this to say, since I don't get any memory error messages anymore, I'm able to try more of these newer tables and I have to say, this new version of whirlwind is pretty freakin' awesome. I love the look, the use of color, etc., but what is really blowing me away are the ramps. Jeez they look good!

So thanks a bunch, your release can be classified as: successful! wink.gif

I just upgraded my video card as well, I now have a nvidia 9800gt w/ 1 gb ram. I can say that this table is running like a champ and looking great. The lighting effects are top notch. Thanks to vp9's awesome physics, and the brilliant efforts of the tables authors, this version of whirlwind surpasses the 360 console version.

Great update, the plunger adjustment is very good and what do you know I can now play it at 1600x1200@16 bit with HR on with my ol' 6800GS (256MB) so it looks fantastic, go figure? Maybe it was those resized images that were bigger then 1024x1024, either way, it's all good! smile.gif
