Thanks for the information.  I strongly suspect that you still have pathing issues, but I cannot reproduce them.

OK, let's check a few things.  Please only change one thing at a time and retry.  We need to know what changes deliver what effect.  Please reply with the results of each number below.

1) Please check the version of .net framework you have.  Feel free to Google, but here is one that should work https://docs.microso...s-are-installed

If its not at least version 4.5 please Google and investigate / consider upgrading.

2) Your shortcut should read (relying on your previous statements of folders) in the the "Target" box

C:\DirectOutput\DOFlinx.exe DISABLEDOF=YES PATH_INI=C:\DirectOutput\DOFLINX_INI\

Note, no double quotes

3) Your shortcut should have the below in the "Start in" box

C:\DirectOutput\

4) Remove this line from your DOFLinx.INI

DISABLEDOF=YES

5) Add this line to the very top of your DOFLinx.INI

DEBUG=1

6) Does this file exist on your system?  c:\DirectOutput\config\directoutputconfig.ini  If so, what's in it?

7) Does this file exist on your system? C:\Directoutput\config\Globalconfig_b2sserver.xml  If so, what's in it?

1) I have version 4.7

2) I have a .bat file on my desktop that reads as follows:

C:\DirectOutput\DOFLinx.exe DISABLEDOF=YES PATH_INI=C:\DirectOutput\DOFLINX_INI\

I run the batch file prior to launching FX3 and that's when the .net error occurs.

3) Per above, there is no Start in, the command line is a bat file

4) Removed

5) added

6) Yes it exists, same content as the doflinx.ini

7) There is no globalconfig_b2sserver.xml file

Update: If I run direct from a command line in the directoutput folder, I don't get a .net error. However, still no backglasses

6)  Directoutputconfig.ini is not the same as DOFLinx.INI  Setting the content to be the same is invalid.  If you don't have a Directoutputconfig.ini file of your own you can use the one provided in the DOFLinx package.  Just name it appropriately and ensure your DOFLinx.ini file parameter DIRECTOUTPUTCONFIG= points to it.

Do you have B2S server installed?  If so, is it in c:\Visual Pinball\Tables\  ?  You need a valid B2S server installation and it must be pointed to by the DOFLInx INI file parameter PATH_B2S_SERVER=

I'll set up the directoutput config file using the one provided.

B2S is completely setup and working, I use it with Visual Pinball. Mine is under visual pinball\tables and the path_b2s_server is set corretly

I did find it actually , here is the contents of my directouputconfig.ini -

DIRECTOUTPUTCONFIG=c:\DirectOutput\config\directoutputconfig.ini

# The location of the .FX3 game specific files included with the DOFLinx release package
# Ensure your path has a \ on the end of it

PATH_FX3=C:\DirectOutput\DOFLinx\FX3\

# The path to where you keep all of the .directb2s files that you've downloaded for use with FX3
# Ensure your path has a \ on the end of it

PATH_FX3_B2S=C:\DirectOutput\DOFLinx_FX2_B2S\

# This is the folder where B2SServer.exe can be found on your system

PATH_B2S_SERVER=C:\Visual Pinball\Tables\

# The list of processes that can activate DOFLinx, in this case, just Pinball FX3

PROCESSES=Pinball FX3

# An over-ride to the default setting given this is just being used with Pinball FX3, not FX2, FP or other systems that may require the default delay

PROCESS_TO_ACTIVE_TIME=1

One file I do not have is globalconfig_b2sserver.xml

I did and I took the one from the install. What does your directoutput.config file look like?

Yes it does, but probably best you pursue something more suited to you and get some greater enjoyment.

It indeed does work! And shocking well! Thanks dhh69 for everything you do I just wish fx tables were better for actually playing but the doflinx is AMAZINGLY well done.

That was a little extreme, don't ya think?

I've left your post up, edited, for posterity, but, please, show more respect for your fellow members. I'm sure there's a better approach to your disagreement.

Thank you.
