Hey - sorry to necro this thread, but since it relates I assumed this is the best spot for it. I'm trying to get the Sinbad/modded version of the table to stop crashing when I exit from PinUP Player; it brings up a Script Error: Line: 1782 (null) - I'm assuming some code would need to be injected into it for properly "force-closing" the table but I have no idea what or where to fix that. Any help? Is there a newer non-posted version of the table that also supports the B2s & UltraDMD that I'm just not finding?

About the variable "Version" error: you need to dowload the new version, or edit the 3 places where I used teh variable "Version" and change it to for example "myVersion". In VPX 10.2 the variable Version became a VPX system variable so we could not use it anymore in our scripts.

 

I guess the second error will go away when the table is able to run.

While testing VPX beta, I think it was Sinbad who made a DOF+UltraDMD version of the table. You can still download it here:

There aren't many changes from the final version, I think I only changed the targets and droptargets to use the new VPX targets, but I don't think you'll notice that. Also this version has a few less flasher effects during game play, but there aren't too many changes..

 

Today I found this great table again.

 

But I didn't find any B2s. So I made one. I take the Strikes n Spares (Gottlieb) B2s and make a new B2s out of it. I think that's possible,

but better than nothing.

 

The Ultra DMD I have changed. Partially other pictures and colors integrated

 

Everything works well

new version of table or vpx? I have both loaded but still get the error. Running 10.5 and 1.2.0 for the table.

So it looks like this table was updated to version 1.2.0 in Dec 2016, but the Sinbad version that has UltraDMD and works with B2S has not been updated?  Or am I misunderstanding stuff?

 

If that is true, is there a section of code from the Sinbad version that needs to be copied into the script for 1.2.0 to get the B2S and UltraDMD functioning in 1.2.0?

The update was minimal, and it was to make it compatible with the new VPX, changing the variable "Version" to "myVersion" since that variable became part of VPX 10.2, so it was not possible to use in the script for other purposes.

Together with the Sindbad table also the dB2S was released: https://www.vpforums...&showfile=11311

If the latest version from JP does also work with the described dB2S please confirm how to do it, so everyone does know how to do it too. Thanks.

Okay, so if I make that change, there's really no difference between Sinbad's and 1.2.0, at least as far as how the game plays? Thanks.

Sometime last year or two years ago I had someone help me with this one.  It was a MAJOR pain to get it to work.  I do have a working version on my cab.  I will look at it next time I turn on my cab, and share what my script says.

I tried it in cabinet view and it loads but UltraDMD was not able to load up. Sadly every other UltraDMD table did also not run today. Which operating system do you use? Maybe I need to check the installation again. (I use windows 10, 64 bit)

This is one of the firsts vpx tables, and my table is just for desktop play, but sinbad made a mod to use it in a cabinet. I guess you need to use that mod to get the UltraDMD and B2S to work. I see that the link in the first page does not work anymore. So I'll make a small revision of the table and I'll upload it here.

 

I guess I'll have it ready in a few hours.
