Hello,
Here are some new information about my pinball.

I rebuild the complete electronics for the buttons.

Now i use a Pin Scape controller with allows to me better control for the nudge function.  See: http://www.vpforums....showtopic=34679

I bought the FRDM-KL25Z Development Board and build a adapter circuit board with 20 Optocoupler for all buttons a want to use.

The optocouplers protect all inputs of the controller from overvoltages!

The backside of the adapter circuit board. )Not complete on this picture).

The complete board I have mounted on spacers and attached with the help of a small wooden board in the cabinet.

All connections are provided with connections for clamping the cables. This allows me a good fastening without screwdriver.

I am very satisfied with the function of the new board. Everything works perfectly.

Here are some pictures of the complete flipper.

What is still missing are the decals on the both sides for the cabinet.

That is an interesting choice. Unfortunately if there is an over-voltage then then you kill the opto-isolator and have to replace it.

The normal method for over-voltage protection is to use a combination of a resistor and schottky diodes.

Is there any reason you went with opto-isolators for inputs?

Regards,

Mike
