I will have to give this game a try on my laptop tomorrow. I just tried it on my desktop PC and it's unplayable, the flippers have over a 5 second delay and the flippers, ball, plunger, etc just "flash" like the game is skipping. I just read the posts and someone else said they were having problems with using an ATI card, so i'm thinking that's why mine isn't working too. The table looks great though, and I'm really hoping I can get this to work!

open the table in the editor. select the 4 ramps above each flipper and drag them off to the side of the table

Something that rarely happens, the ball gets stuck to the right of the RightFlipper1.
Thanks again.

I'm getting a weird graphics glitch, dunno why.The playfield image appears to be "under" the actual surface, like glass, perhaps inverted might be a better term, I'm no programmer though.

The dancing girl looks like a stick figure, and I can see thru areas not normally clear, like the main ball drain ECT.

I ran it on my laptop, same thing happened,it has an unpowered card though, but it can run the version 8 just fine, as does my Desktop

I have had no trouble running any other tables, figure it's my system, settings or perhaps I'm missing some update for VP

I even tried a modded version I found on PinballNirvana.com, and the same glitch happened

Cool!  Does this have the fix that lets right orbit shots go through when need be?  No mention of it in the notes.  The fix has to do with the gate solenoids.  I did a fix on your old version of this table based on PD's way of fixing that you can use.  Without the fix the ball just goes to the bumpers every time unless something has changed.

Yep. I noticed that issue when tweaking the physics and did exactly as you did by checking out PD's version to find a work around.  It's totally a ROM emulation thing though and PD I'm sure must have reached that same conclusion to utilize his timer approach to work around it.  Essentially for what ever reason the solenoid on signal for one of the swtiches holds it open for a period of time then closes it (on it's own) and it does not behave the same way on the other one - all things being held constant.  There are other odd issues it seems with some of these Capcom's with a few quirks, just ask BD about what he's discovered while working on Airborne :)

Just wanted to drop in with a problem I encountered that I'd like help fixing and I hope someone else remembers this happening and remembers the fix.

After adjusting the backdrop view to my personal settings, the tube dancer disappeared and I'm not sure what table objects I need to grab and move around to fix this.  Any ideas?

**Nevermind, I figured out it's a primitive called 'DancerP' and all I had to do was unlock it and move it towards the flippers about 1/4 of an inch to make it visible once again.

****Except it doesn't appear when played in VP9.9 for some reason... :hmm:

I didn't understand the 'primitive called DancerP' part. I have the exact same issue and I've been adjusting anything related to the dancer to no avail and I'm using VP 9.9 too.

Try changing the depth bias on DanerP to 10.
