Hi Bolt,

Good to see you back on top for your LOTR VP8 score! It didn't feel right to stand in first place there knowing you had the better score! Nice job guys on all the other HS, this is becoming a lively place again!

YESSS, I finally beat Harakiri's incredible TOTAN JP 3.3. score! I got 218.434.330 which just beats his score by about 11M. My first ball was epic as I scored 133M on it, maxing out the Lamp and defeating the Genie. I really scored on 3x Lightning Lamp and got some nice multiballs (Genie and Harem) going, which usually is not my strong point. I just got 2 extra balls in the whole game (1x Tiger Loops at 6x and 1 from getting my fourth jewel). Had a nice mix of using Wishes on jewels and getting them myself. The thing that put me over the top and just in time was a Wish that granted "collect bonus" so I essentially had a double bonus on my last ball. It got up to a nice 8x bonus modifier and gave me about 20M per bonus. Right afterward I lost the ball, so a lot of luck was also involved. Well, let's see if there are any contenders out there, how about it gentlemen?

Congrats! smile.gif

I'm working on 2 High-scores and i don't have the patience to beat this one again so, i guess you'll be in the hot seat for a long time...

I'm with you on the NVRAM issue but it's quite a hassle to check all those individual scores with that method. And with the recent leaderboard discussion it's probably a good thing to just be content with what we have now. Even so, with NVRAM you still can't check if somebody has altered the table in any way, physically I mean. So it'll have to be on good faith also that people won't cheat, surely until some other system comes into place. Does anybody know how far the tournament system is coming along that Noah is working on? I'm really curious how that is gonna work, I hope it doesn't involve a time constraint on when you can compete on a certain table, especially with differences in time zones, but also just the fact that I don't have a lot of spare time to begin with.
Slam23

@Bolt: man, you are definitely one the mean scoring machines! Nice one on Elvis, haven't played that one a lot because it became a slide show on my old PC. Will give it a spin, just to see how difficult getting a better score will be..... smile.gif
