I want to create my own design for my pincab but I always looking for a theme ... Madmax / Star Wars / LOTR / South Park / ... various other topics flipper and how to mix them

I watch this topic for a while to get some ideas and frankly Stuzza your work is very very good !!!

Just one question Stuzza, is it easy for you to find picture in High Resolution ?. I' m looking for some GREMLINS pictures without success; it's hard to find in a good quality.

 

Upscaling is a good solution or not?, the quality will be poor ?

No it is not always easy to find pics in hi res.  In fact that is probably the hardest part.  As I don't draw from scratch I need to find usable images online.  Hence why a lot of my graphics include vector files.  Some of these I have created myself by converting them from online images.  Of course that only really works well for cartoon style images - Flintstones, jetsons, family guy etc...  Upscaling only works to a point and depends on the quality of the original image you are upscaling.  I have had great success with Photozoom for this.

Here is another crazy idea I had for making the entire cabinet into R2D2. I drew everything from scratch in inkscape.

Yeah Photozoom by Benvista.  Current version is up to v6 I believe, although I use the old v2 and it seems to work fine.

Stuzza, Thanks again for the art work. I was able to get a modified "Pinball Universe" uploaded before the $99 cab decal printing deal ends. Also made sure to recognize you on every side of the art work. Since the  tron figures were on the head piece I took them off the sides and added the bride of pinbot art you had posted.

Still tweaking it.    Sometimes I leave a theme for a while and come back to it with a fresh perspective.  I don't like to release things until I am happy with them.

No, I'm BATMAN!   This is actually one of the original artworks I did at the beginning of the year which started all this.  Decided to go back and have another go at it and finish it off.
