Yes, I tried all of the different sounds, and regardless all we get is pop bumper sounds, no chimes even though we have it selected. Apparently no one else is having this problem and is hearing the chimes etc.?

I noticed that extra ball is not getting awarded when the captive ball hits the target while the Extra Ball light is on...
