This table has so much action going, you really gave it a spark J.P. All your efforts to get these graphics ultra sharp make it shine. Another superb salute to the era.

Press F6 during play. You have 4 different options for the sound (chimes, noise...). These are ROM sound options. Press F3 to restart the table after changing the options.

Nice table enjoyed playing it. But is it possible that the extra ball and high score features dont work? I get the funny feeling i have done something wrong as i dont expect a seasoned tablemaker like you missing those wink.gif .

Thanks for this great table Worship.gif dblthumb.gif

@RealApprentice: Those things are handled by the rom and are controlled by some switches which the operator could change.
You'll need to press F6 during the game and set the options. Press F3 after hitting Ok to restart the rom.

As expected must have done something wrong, got the extra ball, the special saucer and the special outlane working. Only thing that i didnt get to work is highscore bonus. Have set the Highscore bonus to replay.
I dont see the Higscore for this game in VP-man either. Is there a way to reset the highscore?
Amazing how a table looking this simple can be that much fun. Others probably have done better, but my best score till now is 615190 that is with 3 balls.

You deserved the 5 star rating Worship.gif

The easiest way to reset the highscore (to reset everything, actually) is to delete the nvram file. The nvram files are located in the NVRAM folder, and they are called the same as the rom but with the termination .nv. For this table the nvram is lostwrld.nv

funny, seems the high score is saved somewhere else too ( the romfile?). After deleting the nvram file and playing i got rewarded for an all time high score rolleyes.gif for 74.960.
but the highscore still didnt show up on VP-man. When i did a little hacking on the highscore.dat of VP-man the highscore does get displayed but guess what it still is 615.190 my highscore before i deleted the nvram.
looks like VP-uses the nvram file for score keeping and VP-man uses the rom file.

goes to play this addicting table some more.

Thanks JP, your games are the best!!!

I tried F6 and ther is no game specific sound (chimes or any tunes) except the standard sound, like ball rolling. Anybody an idea?

Thanks,

Jens

Really nice looking table JP! smile.gif

But i have the same problem as SilverSurfer to = no tablesounds except for the physic sounds!
No matter what F6 settings used chimes or noise = no sounds!!!!
The no sound problem is also with the new Star Trek table it seems!
Othervise never any problem with VP tables using 2 different systems VP installations.

Check to make sure on the following two items:

1. You have downloaded the samples file from this site and placed the file, still zipped, in your samples folder. Here is a link to the file if you do not have it:

http://vpforums.org/...d...ail&f_id=33

2. Have the Use Samples checkbox checked. To verify that after the table loads, press F1.
