Contactors are reinstalled.  I did have to lower the front 2 on each side as the oak rail now got in the way.  I have 3 on each side, one on the bottom rear and one on the back.

I am also trying to organize wiring a little better.

Molex connectors for contactor switching, contactor power and 2 plugs for the gear motor and shaker.  They will match up with connectors from the compputer tray.

SSF is next

I am using the SSF kit from Cleveland Software Design.  Installation is pretty straight forward.  4 exciters a bass shaker and the amplifier with power supply.  I decided to mount the amplifier inside the cabinet as opposed to underneath.  I installed a small tray from some scrap ply and left enough room under it for the power supply.

I had to order some speaker wire so I sttill need to wire the 2.1 woofer and install and wire the back speakers.

The computer tray is mostly done.  Lots of zip ties to secure all of the cables.  Not as much space to hide the cables compared to a full tower computer case.

There are 2 fans on the back door of the cabinet right behind the AIO cooler.  Hopefully heat will not be an issue but I will monitor CPU and GPU temperatures when firsdst playing.

Also waiting for some long 3.5mm audio cables as I want to run the 7.1 system from the computer motherboard instead of the seperate external 7.1  sound card.

Once I have those and the speaker wire I can finish wiring everything.

Those other fans and holes should be fine to ventilate MB, GPU, SMPS, etc.

AIO 360mm Radiator and mount turned out nice.

Next project is the button connections.

I want to keep everything "modular" so the coin door buttons were next and seperate fdrom the cabinet buttons.

I have volume buttons on the outside of my cabinet door as well as a USB slot.

So for the cabinet door I have a button to say the cabinet is open, the 4 buttons used to access the menus in the game, the volume up and down buttons and the coin release switch (to add coins.)

So 8 buttons and a ground.  I wired these to a 12 pin Molex connector and the Molex is wired to 3 JR style R/C airplane connectors that connect to the Pin One Control Board.  I probably could have done without the Molex connector in the middle but then I wwould have had to rewire the door  as the wires would have been too short to connect to the control board directly.

The 2 yellow wires are for the lights in the coin slots.  They will get connected to the cabinet button illumination circuit.

The cabinet buttons are wired and lit.  Nothing fancy on the lights just a 5 volt circuit from the second power supply.  I spent extra time making sure that all of the wiring harnesses  are "modular" meaning nothing would need to be cut  when disassembling the game.  All of the cabinet buttons can be removed by just unplugging the wiring harness.  Same for the all the wires coming from the computer board to the cabinet.

The main cabinet is basically finished, just need to tidy up a few wire ties once the game is back iupstairs.

Just have to remount the head and mount the rearbox speakers.  The prior bose speakers had an unconventional mount.

Backbox speakers are in place.  made some mounts from 3/4" plywood and some additional triangle pieces to make mounting easier.  Once again I used a circle cutting template on a router for the speaker openings.

I think the last thing to do is a couple of filler pieces for the front and back of the monitor.

Appreciate it.  I'll take a look and see if it helps.  I did use the Baller installer.

Figured out the Pinup Popper problem with some help from the Facebook Pinup groups.  Turns out the issues were due to the latest Nvidia drivers from 1/5  A pinup.ini file required a few extra lines.  Luckily someone else had the same exact issues.

Also finished the 2 filler pieces front and back of the screen so pretty much done except for loading more games and getting FX3 etc to work with the frontend.  Haven't tried that yet and only have 3 games loaded.

The feature of being able to record your own backglass, or playfield etc while playing to be used as the frontend video is realy cool.  I couldn't find an AC/DC Luci edition playfield edition video but it just took a minute to make my own.

Looks good.

I was wondering how you like the Cleveland Software Design 400w (8 speaker) Amp ?

I think you said you mounted it inside? So, it gets turned off-and-on with everything else via cabinet's main power switch ?
